Finding a good phone has always been a challenge for me due to my unique set of circumstances. Having purchased phones at Walmart and other retailers in the past led to severe dissatisfaction.

So I was skeptical about buying a phone from a smaller retailer like Mad Mountain until Sam guided me through the process. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about helping me find the perfect phone for my budget while educating me about the subtleties of it. He really put me at ease with his help.

I walked out of there feeling very good about my purchase, and would highly recommend Mad Mountain and Sam in particular.

We’ve had Verizon for years ( like over a decade) and have had nothing but issues mainly with service , especially during peak hours!

My kids can now do homework and search the internet for schooling, etc at an insane connection rate…

I just cannot believe how I was treated for getting replacement phones and taking them into the store. How is the customer supposed to know that the store is not paid for getting phones online. I also came into the store to buy cases and screen protectors. Do the stores make any money. That's sad. I only wish it didn't take such a toll on their owners.
