Jay is incredibly professional and knowledgeable. He helped me upgrade from Mojave to Ventura, upgraded my browsers and apps and resolved my browser issues. It was all done remotely so I didn’t need to leave my home. Fantastic! I highly recommend him.

Jay exceeded my expectations! Very professional and knowledgable. He's also personable and thoroughly investigated all of the options and fixed an imac that was not connecting to my network that my network provider could not fix. He answered all my questions and recovered important files that I thought for sure were lost. I'll never go anywhere else with my mac and would highly recommend Jay.

My MacBook Air would not boot. I took it to MacCare and within a few minutes Jay had found that the problem was the hard drive and ordered one from OWC right there. Computer is now working fine.
