I cannot thank Enrique enough for the incredible work he did with my iPhone repair! I have an iPhone 12 mini that mysteriously stopped responding to touch with no previous issues, and as a result I was not able connect and backup my phone to my computer. Apple said they could only attempt to repair after deleting all of the phone’s data. Enrique was a magician, and was able to replace the screen without damaging, corrupting, or losing any data, and the phone now responds to touch like it did prior to the new issues I was having. He was also able to return the phone the same day to me that I dropped it off, and was extremely friendly and understanding of my concerns with my phone issues! I will be coming back here for all my Apple products needs in the future- Enrique saved me when I had lost hope and was extremely stressed out that I was going to lose all of my data. Thank you for everything- truly saved me from a data disaster!

I had an exceptional experience at this laptop repair service. I had a Dell xps and the keyboard on the laptop suddenly stopped working. I took it to this Mac Repair shop after reading the reviews on the internet and God! I was so happy I did because Enrique was incredibly friendly and efficient, My laptop keyboard suddenly started working at his shop but he still opened it to make sure if there is any issue. There was just one wire which wasn't connected all the way. He fixed my laptop and didn't charge me a buck. His professionalism and timely service made the whole process stress-free. Highly recommend for anyone needing quick and reliable help!

After several years of being unable to find someone with the requisite skillset to fix my 2011 Macbook Pro, several trips to the Apple Store to have a Genius try to address the problem. Mac Repair Phoenix LLC – Enrique was able to complete the necessary repairs to resolve the issue swiftly. Since then, I've taken my iPhone and iTouch to get them repaired. Spilled a lot of coffee all over my new MacBook Pro. When I first brought it to Enrique, he opened it up and said it didn't look like he could save it. I left it with him and said to use all of his experience and skill and try to save it as it had all my musical compositions in it. He called me later and said it still doesn't look good. I said to keep it and keep trying. Well, he did keep it for a while, AND HE MADE IT LIKE NEW, and was able to save all my data. The guy is a computer genius. I will not go to anyone else for electronics repair. Enrique is the absolute best at what he does. No one else I've used can even come close.

The guy was nice. Had an issue with my PS5. It took him 6 days to tell me he couldn't fix it. I had to keep calling to get updates as well, since I don't think I would've been updated otherwise until the very end.

I had my 2012 MBP worked on last week after trying to do a keyboard replacement myself to save some money. Enrique got me in the same day after I initially took it somewhere else. Although it took more than a couple days as originally quoted he did excellent work! He replaced the keyboard and lid sensor as the computer wouldn't sleep. The office is in a secured building with a video calling feature which I thought was neat! His work comes with a 6 month warranty too! His shop is conveniently located next to the light rail also! Enrique is AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!
