First off..it’s not just the quality job they do and the obvious attention to detail that’s more than noticeable, it’s the family you’re dealing with. The meyers have an incredible leader and we are lucky enough to have him running M5 in Our town. True honest old time sausage flavor that has genuine character above most the rest. First and last time using M5. You are greeted by a lifeless girl who looks like she hates being there. They require you to leave your cooler which is odd. When I picked up my order they guy brought it out in a cardboard box. If the rule is your cooler must stay, when would it ever be acceptable to bring an order out with no cooler? They retrieved it and there were scuffs and scratches and they sheared off the stainless steel handle. Brand new $120 cooler. When I told the lady up front she just just slowly gazed up at me as if thinking "so what?" They offered no help nor an apology. I just moved to the area and believe in helping small local businesses, but I'll continue to drive all the way to Bellville Meat Market.

Best place I have found for axis and whitetail sausage. We fill a freezer full each year for our employees as they love it. If we could only get Brent to make chorizo! Fantastic place, clean and honest.
