Me and my husband went to the 2024 Christmas Ball he bought a very expensive suit, as I bought a very exclusive dress. I googled dry cleaning near me this was the closest place. When I went yes there was a ghetto paper taped to the desk saying prices may very for dry cleaning but when she gave me the itemized ticket it was 28$ I get there to pick it up they want 58$ ok whatever kinda irritated but no big deal UNTIL as she went to get my stuff she dragged my dress across the floor THEN STOMPS ON IT not barely then let up, but while shoe, all her weight steps on it! Right in front of me! I was baffled that she was dragging it to begin with not just for a few seconds but about 6-8feet. I asked her “did you just step on my dress?” She said “yeah but it’s in plastic” I was beyond angry and I still am! I’ll NEVER be back and I’m going to be sure All my acquaintances know how they treated me and convince them not to go thier either! I want the OWNER to know how they are running that place because what the heck! That was beyond disgusting and disrespectful! I mean 58$ just to wash the items and your going to drag them across the floor!! 🤬

First time here. Great place. Clean. AUDREY was awesome. She helped me get started. I am a senior citizen and needed some help with things. She helped me get to my car. Made sure I was good. That's customer service. She's person that cares. Not just a job. She's a keeper for your business. Thank you AUDREY

Well I decided to finally try this place as it's a little closer than the fresh scent coin laundry and I have to say that I was not disappointed. The machines were in good working order they worked well and it was actually a little bit cheaper than what I was used to. I did 5 loads of laundry for 12 bucks. And the lady that was there was actually really nice and helpful as well so I think I found my new place to come and do my laundry every Sunday.

It's ok, usually pretty crowded but it's better than the other one down the road from there. If it was a little cleaner it would get a better review but the floors are disgusting

Nice place with really high quality machines. They have machine sizes from 1 to 5 load capacity. There is drop off service and the staff I very friendly.

Decent place. Location sucks . WiFi is good . Clean is good to. Still sucks tho bc the credit card machines are down sooooo

Great place to do laundry however I'm a busy single mom and needed to wash (only) a small load at the very end of a busy day. I walked in at 907 and was told I couldn't because it's after 9.. even though they close at 10.. I needed 30-40 min max just to get my 2 blankets washed.. pretty ridiculous IMO.

Used to be a great place. Now only 2 big washers work. And maybe 5 dryers work. Do they not have anyone to service these? Most of these have been put of order for like a year. 2 stars only because free wifi.
