Very positive experience on my first visit. Much more positive than any encounter I have had at any Uber Green light Hub. The person who helped me was actually a Lyft driver before he became a driver support person.
I was having trouble getting my physical address verified with mail from my bank by Payer to get Lyft Direct pay services, and Jackson got it taken care of for me. Jackson explained to me the best way for me to get a rental car for Lyft and how to make the best income with Lyft. It was nice speaking with an experienced driver to get valid pointers.

Matt the manager said the car needed to be returned by 5pm on Monday to avoid another week of charges. I showed up and Nora told me that was wrong and they billed me another day at more than a prorated amount and charged me miles when I didn't use any. Then they told me to refer to my contract, which is not downloading. Then when I asked for a copy, they claimed to not have access to it. This place tells you one thing and does another and there is no recourse except to sue. Maybe then and only then, they'll start abiding my the rules the manager claims are correct. Awful experience!

Ev rental with insurance is 480.oo. after bonuses it's around 330.00. because you rent you make 20 percent less than car owners. They will throttle to prevent you from getting bonuses so u dont make too much and buy your own car but the forget you need money for rent in the process . but it's slow due to recession. Last week i made 250.00 for 50 hours driver time .. sometime u break even

My aunt rolled with a Lyft driver March 11th afternoon and a Lyft driver found her phone and turned around and said he brung it to the left office but there is no Lyft office there so she's out her phone and her license there's no way of contacting anybody to get the phone back and now all of a sudden it changed to a whole nother company bad services customer bad drivers they are thieves do not go through this left in Sacramento McCullen park services

After Lyft wrongfully accused me for physically harming a child and without listening to both sides , I was unfairly permanently deactivated. I rented a car from Lyft car rental and because of the incident I had no choice but turn in the car after 4 days. Now I’m being charged. for $235.31 rental for a week. When I returned the car, I was assured that the rent was prorated and I may not even be charged because I picked up the car Dec 28 at 2pm and I only drove a little bit on Jan 2 AM when the incident happened. It was Saturday when I tried to drop the car and the office was closed and it was a Holiday weekend therefore the office opened only on Jan 2. I had the car Dec 28 to Jan 2. FOUR DAYS and noted on my app I’m over due for $235 .31? SO UNFAIR!

FYI - Lyft do not have an office center in Sacramento
This is strictly a rental office to pick up our drop off Lyft rentals

Having said that the staff here are great and responsive and will meet and resolve issues with rentals sometimes well above expectations

I had a scheduled appointment to pick up a Flex Drive vehicle and workers were on their computers not assisting any customers. After 15 minutes went by I asked how much longer for me to receive assistance and the person explained the workers that could help me were at lunch. Told me I had to wait until they were finished and I cancelled my rental and will not ever rent from them again.
