Simply put, this place is not what it used to be. The employees used to be passionate about TCGs, knowledgeable, and organized. I don’t see those same employees anymore and I get the sense that this business is growing too fast. Despite having more product than ever, this shop feels like a lesser version of what it used to be.

As of late, the cards are no longer well-organized (binders are all over the place) and they are firm on charging prices above what I see on TCGplayer.com. The employees are nice, but even after spending $500+ here, can’t be bothered to recognize a recurring customer, provide straight answers about pricing or info on preordering new sets, or give reasonable valuations when trading in cards. In its current state, I would not recommend Lucky Vault as a local card shop.

I recently had a disappointing experience with Lucky Vault. I placed an order for the Pokémon 151 Pokémon Center ETB, but my order was canceled. However, this wasnt the first time they've canceled an order of mine. The first cancellation in September 2024 was due to an inventory issue on their website showing a Paldea Evolved booster box available, when it truly wasn't. Now, despite attempting to forgive past indiscretions, my recent order was canceled without a clear explanation.

I reached out to their team via email to express my concerns and seek clarification, but I have yet to receive a response. This lack of communication and repeated inconvenience has been incredibly frustrating. I hope Lucky Vault can improve their inventory management and customer service in the future.

Great spot. Chill vibe. English and Japanese Pokemon cards sold here. They're still working on the space but I'm looking forward to coming back and checking it out for trade nights and tournaments. Parking wasn't difficult but I did come late at night. They offer grading services which is pretty cool. Primarily pokémon but they also had one piece. They had just sold out of OP05 Japanese. Once they have things fully set up, it could be a really nice spot to just hangout, open cards and even possibly get them graded. The Pikachu collection looking good right now. I would love to see more of their cards next time. Congrats on the space guys. Looking forward to seeing you thrive 🙏

Scamming people on eBay is this company’s motto. Sending wrong products then asking the customer to close the case against them and then they’ll refund. Once the case is closed. Zero refund. Absolutely robbing people. Highly avoid doing business with this company

There is no real labeling on the binders or items on display. Lots of clutter everywhere with wires and random items, so watch your step. Psa slabs on display towards the back and lots of table filled with items and no idea if they are available for use. They didn't really give much customer service as they were busy buying a collection, and they didn't have what i came for in the small time they decided to give. For those looking for the entrance, it's down an alley and then up the stairs and all the way down the hall as they share rooms. Will look elsewhere to add to the collection. I just wanted to come and check it out since it was nearby
