Luckys is my go to, but their wifi & app is horrible. I couldn't even look up which salad was on sale, nor what the freebie was.

Update: wifi seems better. They rearranged, which can be frustrating. But it looks really nice.

Used to be my favorite grocery store. I like the employees who are very friendly, but unfortunately after a very frustrating shopping experience this morning 2/8/2025, I will have to take my business to Hercules Safeway. Luckys some reason thought it was a great idea to bring in contract workers to move most of their products to different store aisles on a busy Saturday morning. I spent an hour trying to find my items. I finally had to just leave with what I was able to find and instacart the rest. This should have been scheduled after hours. If I have to now figure out their new floor plan, I might as well shop at Safeway which is closer to my house.

This is a really clean and well-kept grocery store with friendly and thoughtful staff! Just walking into the store, it is well lit and well kept, with friendly employees ready to help you. I especially want to shout out Henry the manager, who knows how to go out of his way for customers who need extra help! New favorite grocery store!

Early morning my day is already ruined. The old white lady cashier is so rude! She was complaining I didn’t bag my chicken but it is bagged. She said it is leaking and I should double bag it and it wasn’t even leaking it’s just the moist of the chicken because it’s cold duh! I don’t like the way she talked. Customer service on this store is horrible. You need to train your associates on how to talk and treat your customers.

I like coming here sometimes when I don't feel like dealing with safeway and it's been ok but today it was not the old white lady is so mean and talks to you like if your stupid honestly I did not like her attitude at all.

I've been going to Lucky's for over four years now. The employees are courteous, friendly, helpful , and professional. Also a nice clean store. Prices are pretty good as well. Overall A great place to shop. I definitely recommend this store.
July 20, 2023 : Still the same great employees, which is some what rare to see, but definitely a good sign. Continues to be a great place to grocery shop and I still highly recommend this store!
