Don’t take anything valuable here!!! They will lose your valuable’s.
I took in my Gibson less Paul guitar that was in a special coffin guitar case and When I picked up my guitar it was damaged and missing its case. They wanted me to pay full price even though They didn’t have my 200$ case and my guitar was damaged. My guitar wasn’t even supposed to come out of the case. Then I paid and they took my money n told me they don’t have to give me anything. After the short Asian guy stopped his power trip he brought out my guitar and smacks it right in to the door and smiles in my face.

Most racist ppl I've dealt with as a black woman the way I was treated today and I have been a customer at this specific location since it changed from capital city pawn. I'm done they fired they only black worker who had more customer service than them any they team then and now. To be accused of having a attitude when I did not and have the yte mgr tell not to come na k without trying to diffuse it figure out the problem is top notch crazy bad business n they don't test the tvs I had to take mine back cuz it didn't work Neva had these problems before new staff bad bad bad need training on diversity they lack it

The manager was really rude and disrespectful. They wouldn't by the laptop me and my mom were trying to pawn and the laptop is a $1000 and because it was made in 2020 he wouldn't take it. Don't go here they will rip you off

Been to different shops and so far they have more than what bigger shops have. Came in once to look for tv's and they did have better brands like Samsung, Toshiba and LG. They also have a wider variety of sizes unlike the others who only got Vizios at 50's the most. Wide variety also of SLR's and bikes. You might end up bagging home a treasure out of this store!
