The store is always clean and the associates are friendly. The pickup experience has been incredible! In store is hit or miss, is something is locked up it can take a while to find someone with the keys to open it which is the only reason they miss the 5 star mark for me. If they could fix that system then it would be an easy 5 star review!

I had a great experience at Lowe's, thanks to Dorene at self-checkout. She was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, ensuring I got the correct garage remote from the top stock by quickly coordinating with an associate. Dorene was friendly and professional throughout, and I appreciated that she didn't judge me by my looks. Her excellent service made my visit smooth and pleasant. Highly recommend!

LOTS OF EVERYTHING! I'm a pretty loyal customer when comes to Lowe's as it seems to be easier to find things here than Home Depot and other stores. That's a lot coming from a guy who isn't very handy like myself. The store has appliances, tools, equipment, paint, and everything in between! The store is very clean and I never get odors like other places. The staff is pretty helpful and they're always willing to answer questions which is really nice! Prices could be better, some items like light socket covers are super pricey. You can find some good deals on some appliances, but you really have to look!

Lowe’s is a decent place for home improvement needs, and I appreciate their dedication to veterans with the reserved parking spaces—it’s a nice gesture that shows they care. The store has a solid selection of tools, hardware, and appliances, but the overall shopping experience can be hit or miss. Sometimes staff are helpful and knowledgeable, but other times it feels like you’re on your own trying to find what you need. Prices are fair, but not always the best compared to competitors. Overall, I wouldn’t go out of my way for Lowe’s, but the veteran parking is definitely a nice perk that keeps me coming back.

Store is always clean to say the least, staff ignores individual customers. Walked up to customer service “desk”, why they’d make it to outside their barriers, to find out details on an item price match & price match policy, when i was ignored. I then proceeded to a self checkout kiosk that clearly had a green light for both cash & credit card payments. Scanned my items, scanned the items that needed price adjustment. Needed mangers “approval” waited 8-9 minutes for management. All for them to not even honor price match. Had them removed processed to checkout with cash, all for now of a sudden the kiosk doesn’t take cash or coins & the same issue of the “please replace self scanner to dock”. Checked out here actually a year ago on the same self checkout kiosks with mulch for my yard & machine still malfunctions. As for they’re “lowes just for u rewards”, they don’t even log any type of purchase made. Making you purchase the item again at full cost with zero disc.Just really show your voice is heard. Just save yourself the breath, half of their employees are uneducated. Management seems to be nowhere, no radio system.

Was looking for a replacement water filter for my refrigerator. The gentleman today@ 1:45 pm could not have been more helpful and cheerful. He was in the appliance section. Please, whoever is his boss, give him kuddos for being a wonderful, helpful employee. The store was wonderfully decorated for Christmas and easier to find stuff than Home Depot😏🤔

Typically has everything I need but beware of parking in garden center. They’ll let you in get what you need and will make you go pay inside and walk around the front. When I asked why the garden entrance was closed they said because of the heat which was 92 degrees, I understand but I still had to walk my full cart and two kids through half the parking lot in that heat that they used an excuse. Very inconvenient to walk around the store like that when I plan my shopping experience to leave out the same exit.
