Came in with an wrecked 2022 Riot x looking for parts to fix it and had excellent prices and great customer service. Got everything ordered and ready to go in about 15 minutes and walked out with some parts they already had in stock. Highly recommend before deciding to order parts for yourself

The support and service from LPPS is among the best found anywhere in Alaska and the NW. As a local commercial operator we can’t say enough about how incredible LPPS is and how much we recommend their business. We rely on them for our boat motors and reliable service year-round! Just recently we had an engine go down right in the middle of our busiest time and LPPS has us back on the water and working 24hrs later! Amazing and definitely recommended!!!

My husband took his boat in to have them diagnose starboard motor running intermittently. They flushed the motors, and they told him he had bad gas. Recommend draining gas. After draining 180 gal., and replacing with new. He brought it back the second time, they advised him it was the fuel pump, he opted to change it himself. Problem still persisted. Took back 3rd time, and he was told they wouldn't get to it until end of week. My husband told him that was unacceptable, waiting another 3 weeks. He took the boat to another mechanic that promptly fixed it for half the price. The mgr. called him 3 days later, asking where the boat was. My husband told him that he took it to another mechanic, and it was fixed promptly. The mgr. banned him from the store!! When he drove by, he saw that charter boats go to the front of the line at at Lower Peninsula Sports!! Mechanics knowledgeable, but misdiagnosed the problem which cost me $$5.

Had some bumps with complete costumer satisfaction regarding a installation done on my bracket for a snowplow mount on a Viking. That hopefully will be fully resolved and made right ?I like to support local businesses that are willing to do the same!

Bought a snowmachine from them for my boyfriend in december and they've been amazing with a fluke warranty and helping us get accessories even giving us pretty sweet discounts!

I brought my Yamaha outboard 50 in for some issues that was explained as knocking in the power head. Lower Peninsula Power Sports ran diagnostics and stated the motor was good to go and that they couldn’t find anything wrong. They stated that they ran the motor. They did find some non-warranty work to do by replacing the water pump in the jet which wasn’t the issue at all. First trip out after they checked the motor. The motor seized and blew a hole in the power head. Called them to see if they could look at it because they were the ones that cleared the motor in the first place. They stated they were busy most of the summer. You would think a shop that stands by there work would want to see what the issue was and get the motor fixed. Not this shop and very unimpressed with the way they handled my motor and warranty. The power head was replaced under warranty at a different Yamaha shop. This was last year

Drove 2 hours to pick up a snowmachine, that I waited 8 months on to get fixed. They said they would be open till 2 on Saturday. Got here at 1:45 and there's no one here. Very disappointed in this business. Will never go back and will actively discourage anyone else I know from going.
