Very pleased! Excellent Repair and Customer Service. The folks at Shattered ER are honest, reliable, very helpful and friendly. After checking elsewhere, they have the best prices in Longview. They also carry screen protectors and accessories. I went to Shattered ER a third time with a charger problem and they gave me a free charger!

My husband took my Iphone8 in to have the screen replaced. They did the job in under an hour and for a very reasonable price. When I got home I realized that the screen wasn't completely clipped in correctly. I took it in the following morning and showed them, and they told me they would check to see if they could clip it in, and if not they would replace the screen at no extra cost to me. They managed to get it fixed in 5 minutes and it is working great! Very friendly staff.

Where to begin? The staff here was very friendly, nice and most importantly very professional. I brought in my iphone7 plus with the broken screen. They were able to fix it in less then 2 hrs. I very pleased and will most definitely refer them to anyone who is in need of getting there phone screen or phone repairs. I’m a very happy and satisfied customer.. 😁😁

I have mixed reviews on this place. I went there because the high ratings. I bought a phone and right before the warranty ran out the phone started messing up so I took it in and the lady was very nice and they fixed it super fast. Well a couple of days later phone started messing up again but my husband was out of town with the phone so I had to wait about a week later to take it back in. When I went in there was a man I had never met so I told him what was going on and his attitude from the moment I walked in was RUDE. He was very cocky, unnecessarily rude, talked to me like I was stupid. Once he called his manager his attitude changed. So they said they had to ship the phone off and it would take about a week. After the week was up I called at least two times a day every day for several days before getting a hold of anyone. The same guy answered the phone and the way he spoke to me was pure trash. I can not believe they have good ratings and business with that man working there. The manager and the woman are very nice, but I am writing this review because I have left messages for manager to contact me about this issue and no response. I will never in my life go back there, there’s lots more places that do the same job!
