SG community is more than just a place to stay, more like FAMILY. The intertwining community is very calm, serene and overall peaceful environment. Family oriented, diversified and kid friendly. Located within walking distance from heart of town. Affordable housing with renting or buying options. Most notable asset is the new management Mrs Kim!!! She is very devoted to the improvements and aesthetics/curb appeal literally “puts her hands to the plow”. All concerns are addressed immediately with evidence of projected growth. Park management Mrs Kim advocates for our needs and has initiated projects such as: driveway gravel repair, lawn maintenance, newer modular home options, family fun nights, children/ holiday traditions, greenhouse gardening, community unity, even built a bus stop shelter structure to shield our children. Small acts have BIG impact. We’re excited for more upcoming growth and loads of gratitude/appreciation Mrs Kim’s actions and effectiveness on progress.

Under new management... JUST a park before, Now a wonderful community, its amazing!! Everyone looking out for each other, knowing their neighbors, a start to a real community of fellowship. A garden started, plans for summer night movies, community events...family is important and that's the feeling you have here.I love it! Big changes take time, but Mrs Kim is dang sure making it happen!!!

I'm giving 5 stars only because of the new management Miss Kim is a wonderful person she is very honest, trustworthy. She has my trust. The other management wasn't good at all. They hardly solved any issues. Last management ( Bert) she gave my personal info to someone outside of the park because she was mad at me ,which caused me to be harassed online , HR was informed about it(Shawn) nothing was done she just gave excuses. There is no excuse for giving out my personal information. I asked over and over for the person she gave my personal information to stop after time she finally did. Months of this person stocking me online on different social pages it was hell for me and the fact is what can you do?She was management (Bert) her good friend was the vice president (chastity)of this company and course HR(Shawn) didn't seem to mind that management (Bert) gave my personal information out. For all that being said I'm glad we got a wonderful management ( Miss Kim) now. With Miss Kim as management this park is gonna be better than it ever has been. Thank you Miss Kim for being a wonderful , caring person you are and an awesome manger for this park.

Highly recommend Live Oak Pines Park especially if you are looking for a forever home. Ms. Kim is very nice, understanding, and willing to work with you when life seems like it's falling apart. If there is ever an issue she's right on top of it on getting it fixed. Definitely recommend if you are looking for something to rent or to buy

If you're thinking about moving here, don't. They do not have insurance on these trailers, they are "not responsible to help" with absolutely anything caused by severe weather. These trailers are NOT built on stable ground, not checked before sold or rented out. We are moved to another trailer LESS THAN 2 WEEKS AGO and now have no livable trailer because they refuse to do anything. Our last one isn't livable either because they won't have the sewage fixed. This has been one of the worst experiences living in a small community space and they do nothing to help their people except increase our payment. Roads are awful, trees are down, and nothing is maintained properly. They do not care about anyone here. To hell with these people and this whole trailer park.

Kimberly is absolutely amazing. She’s easy to talk to and things are getting done in our mobile home park. It’s about time we got such an amazing manager!!!
