The pizza was ok.. it's pizza, but what bothered me the most was that the 2nd person that came to the drive through window was rude and only spoke to me in Spanish, I get that Rio Rico is a border town but it's still in the United States so why do they expect everyone to speak Spanish. I understand it but not great at speaking it. I spoke to her in English and she kept responding in Spanish so she clearly understood me. If you work in the US and deal with customers you should be required to speak English. I go to Mexico and don't expect them to speak English, I am Mexican American so I'm not just being prejudiced.

Arrived at 7:45PM to pick up the order from the lobby (closes @ 8PM) girl was locking the lobby door without explanation. I knocked on the window, ignored first 3 knocks. A second lady opened the door & said, "go thru the drive thru", we closed the lobby already, I asked why if the lobby closes at 8PM, said the store manager agreed to close early.Had to wait in line in drive thru to pick up.

I placed my order at 618 pm and now it's 700pm. What bad service.

Got the pizza at 720pm. Over an hour wait. How hard is it to make premade pizzas. People have warned me about how some business here in Rio Rico, just don't care about customer service.

This is what an hour wait gets you. Freaking cold food.

This place is a joke,its always the same thing here ! Have to wait for a Hot & Ready pizza that's supposed to be already ready !!! It's just a pepperoni pizza ! & the employees here are always rude !! Avoid this place , just go to Pizza Hut Nogales ! Or Papa John in Greenvalley!

I don’t really write reviews and the only reason I’m going to is because Mar is extremely good at what she does. This place would be getting a five star if they were to have more employees running this place.
I probably waited 25/30min in drive thru only to find out that Mar was running drive thru, the inside register and taking pizzas out the oven. Good job Mar, you’re very good at multitasking. It is not her fault that no one is there helping her out. I understand people’s frustration (I myself was frustrated) but when I got to the window I noticed she was running this place all by herself. Hopefully the owner can make some changes soon.
To the employee Mar, I would definitely give you 5 stars.

I got sick from the food .employes had an attitude and even had the audacity to call me annoying.Nearly slipped on a wet floor to and there was no toilet paper in the bathroom.
