Stayed at the Longboat Key Club and played 9 holes each afternoon with my wife. Course was in excellent shape and no issues with pace of play. Golf staff was excellent, very friendly and on point.

The staff are exceptionally kind, from the reception to the wait staff to the housekeeping crew. It's nice to feel welcomed in a place you've only ever been twice. This time, our stay was in a redesigned suite that was exceptionally well decorated and roomy. When a 30 year Florida resident falls in love with a beach resort, you know it's something special.

Beautiful golf course on Longboat Key Florida. There is a fabulous resort with all the amenities. Two golf courses, one on the gulf side and one on the Harbourside.

One of the best facets of the Longboat Key Club, whether you are a member or a guest, is the unassuming spa. I rarely go, but love the small intimate entry to the spa that is not frought with the typical wide spectrum of high-maintenance mandating open-air spaces. Instead, you can come just as you are... and you will still be greeted by down-to-earth caring staff through an intimate set of entries into a private room where you are gifted with an always therapeutic massage that can be adjusted according to your unique preferences . My favorite masseuse is Patty whose healing hands deliver a wonderful strategic touch. The staff is gracious and the premises are immaculate, quiet and peaceful.

Our ladies 9er's group played here for a Interclub event today. There were 14 different clubs who participated. The organizers did an excellent job. The breakfast buffet was just enough to get us going for playing on one of 3 different 9 hole courses. Some of the most exceptionally challenging holes are the small bridges built over waterways. The lush foliage & abundant bird life is indeed a pleasurable added attraction. The buffet lunch was most delicious but it was the Salmon with dill sauce that pleased me the most. We have come here two years in a row. The first year was great, this year was awesome and the rooms were completely updated. Stayed in the exact same rooms we were in last year. We bring a group of 11 or more and everyone is super accommodating. I would come back every year! Highly recommend.
