This place is absolutely an amazing, mostly family owned all around wonderful caring people I I've ever met. . they are compassionate people who care about their customers and will go over and above let u know they care, they appreciate and u will never feel like u aren't one of their family. I have been going there since it opened and I'm moving away soon...I williss these people and am very blessed to have met and grown to love them all 💯❤️

I will not waste time telling you my experience with this business. Just read the other reviews. They have a policy of all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.
So I would say if you’re interested in throwing money away this is the perfect place to go.
Just be aware of what others are saying about their experience here before purchasing anything from this business.

I had a great experience. I had just left the smoke shop in starke where the gentleman had horrible customer service & no patience. I had questions about products & wanted to buy the right thing for a friend. He wouldn't even let me hold and read the package on the item..... There is a reason you never see customers in.... Please drive the 10 minutes to the outskirts of Keystone. @ Light It Up they have so many options, she was kind, helpful, & knowledgeable . I think I got the perfect item & I got a great deal! I got double the product for the same price I was going to get the single item in starke. When needed, I will be back. Thank you for your help today, caring about your customers, & really turning my day around! You have got to stop by!
