We have been working with Level Up MSP for 5 years. They are the 4th outsource IT company that we have worked with in the last 12 years and by far the best. We have been very pleased with their “Level Up” all inclusive IT service.

Mt Eden Floral Co is a 117 year old family business with several locations and about 50 employees. Because of our history, we take the long view when it comes to professional partners. We look for reliability, technical competence, good service and a fair price. I give Level Up an “A” in all areas.

The support team is friendly, responsive, technically skilled, and very reliable. And since their program maintains all our IT, software, and technical relationships for a flat monthly rate, we can focus on our own business. The bottom line is that we worry less about IT issues than ever before with less downtime to our system. Our users are happy and I am happy.

Jimmy and the team did a great job getting our whole office setup in a few days on the cheap. Now when we have questions or need help with our network or IT issues their team is able to get to us a solution within 10-15min usually
