I traveled from MN to visit my cousins and we toured all of the game shops in Pensacola. This was by far the coolest game shop with so many products and much room for gaming. Marissa was the person who helped us and she was knowledgeable, kind, and welcoming. The owner (didn’t get his name) was an absolute grump. He did not seem like a gamer or like he wanted to be at the shop at all. Sadly it sucked some energy out of the experience at the end - I genuinely was excited and complemented the store and the owner just kinda grumbled. Life is too short, treat people with respect, especially your employees. That being said, I will list as 5 stars because this shop is worth going to!

This place is fantastic! I was able to order 10th edition codexes for Space Marines and Tyrainids! I also was able to get a Infernous Marine Sergeant as well! The tables are huge in the store as well. I will definitely be hanging out here on my spare time. I look forward to getting future projects here as well. The store has all your table top needs and seems to stay busy. Very friendly and helpful staff. Cannot recommend enough.

I absolutely love Level Up Gaming. If you are new to gaming you can’t go wrong here. The staff & community are very welcoming and will help you find the right game for you. Everyone is made to feel welcome. If they don’t have it they will order it for you. I love shopping here.

Excellent gaming shop. Staff know their stuff and are very helpful. The shop does custom orders for products they don't carry and will contact you when they arrive.

Large selection of paints: Vallejo, Army Painter, Pro-Acrylic, and AK. Everything you need to get started painting miniatures can be found at the store.

They have gaming tables with a number of regularly run games throughout the week. They also have paint and building tables.

Large selection of models and games: Warhammer, LOTR, Star Wars, BattleTech, and Team Yankee. They carry board games of the smaller, lesser-known variety.

They have a little something for almost every tabletop gamer out there. Great store, and very happy to have discovered it.

I am passing through, and this store has literally everything you could possibly need. A lot of different options in the RPG correction in part have a large selection of open games and models you can use to build your maps and set up your runs and stories. They are family owned and operated they are so nice and friendly. And very friendly.

It’s a family owned place where you can show up and enjoy your thing. Heavy Warhammer but not exclusively so. It’s a community of gamers and it is very welcoming. Go to LUG and game. You will enjoy it, I promise. It is the place you are looking for. I’m a 55 year old gamer, and this is a wonderful place with the BEST people.
