The people who work here suck . They’re all lazy and act as if you’re a burden any time you have a question. They don’t know how to properly handle cards and bend them insanely when taking them out the binder . Needed help finding the price for 2 cards got helped for one of the cards then was told to look it up my self cause he didn’t have has phone or in code word was to lazy to look up but had time to go to the back room and do who knows what. The service overall was rude and I wouldn’t give them the time of day ever again. This only goes for the two workers that wear baseball fitted caps and are white males other workers I haven’t had any issues with. How do you expect to make business when you can’t even list your own prices for cards that your selling then make it the customers responsibility to figure that out . Ridiculous employees please hire better people that actually care about the community and customers that keep your doors open

The staff that help me was super friendly held a conversation while league? Looked at the cards that I had. They were super knowledgeable of what they were. Put buying got me in and out really fast. I was extremely happy with the experience.And it's all due to the employees and the atmosphere they have there!

My son calls this place "nerd heaven" and I'd have to agree. Lots of cool stuff to nerd out over. Good selection of games. Staff is always friendly. Their other store off of Federal in North Denver is even cooler.

The people that work at the store are good people, but this experienced really soured my perspective. I came for the journey together pre-release. I drove half an hour just to get here only to be met with a wait list that was not posted anywhere the pre-release was posted. I can understand high demand but I feel like they should have prepared for this and prefaced their post with a wait list. Still, I waited and just barely missed the cut. They actually kept me a little longer because of a miscount. I was told they would check if they had extra kits or something else they could work out with me. So I waited even longer only to be told there's nothing they can do. I've had good experiences at this store, but this really soured things for me. I was hoping they would offer something similar or maybe a pre-order for a kit but instead I was told there's nothing they can do.

Never had an issue buying disks from here.
But beware, if you buy faulty tech from here and bring it back to get it looked at, they will tell you that you're making up the issue, insult you, and tell you to never come back. But don't worry, I have no intentions of getting scammed out of my money from here again.
