it's a smaller mobile home park it's pretty quiet except for the bar across the street on some nights it's well managed and kept up and lot rent is about the average going rate for the area most of the people are nice friendly and some are pretty nosy but just a few.

Got friends and family living there. The grounds are worked on constantly and is well kept and beautiful. Nice little lake there with a dock and gazebo. Beautiful sunsets over the lake and the park is full of friendly people.

This place has poeple who watches others with some type of aperatis. Nothing you do is private. Can't believe how much of cowards the people who do this are. I've called them out but they only want to shoot. I've have it written down those who want to know. Please contact me if this concerns you.

Management issues. Not clean lack of security or even a want to provide safety for renters. Street lites inoperable and managers husband always in trouble with police. Not recommended

It is a 55+ park. Only about 55-56 trailers. No amenities except a shuffleboard court I've never seen anyone play on. Management never seemed to care about park, just getting their money.
