Staff were nice and the deals are always good for groups. We all had 2 laser tag games each for 10 dollars each. When we entered the game room, the staff were helpful and when the game group was just made up of my group, they gave us choices between free for all or team match. Inside the arena, they had a fog machine on and you could see the lasers from the guns, so cool. Very fun would recommend and accommodating for younger guests.

It was AMZINGLY FUN! Went for friends birthday day twice! I had a birthday party there and they set up a table and they give you a light up sign that says HAPPY BIRTHDAY then your name. 2 arcades bowling alley and many amazing experiences

Good arena but the equipment is broken. Speakers don’t work. Some sensors don’t work. Clips are broken. One of the bases doesn’t work. They need to replace it with new stuff either from Zone or laser force. Experience was not fun.

The kids had a great time running around and playing the games. Very satisfied with the customer service as well I had a great worker by the name of Harris help me. He is kind and friendly and he definitely deserves some praise.

Did not have a good start when arrived for my nephew birthday they state that they open at 4:00 p.m. we arrived at 4:18 p.m. no one was tending to the lazer x counter. We inquired information from the bowling counter an employee stated someone should arrive within 15 minutes but it was already past their opening time bowling employee stated they didn't handle that side for lazer X so we waited in the mist of waiting we observed that same employee putting on a coat as if they were getting ready to end their shift after realizing we've been waiting for over an hour as if that employee just state 15 mins when we arrived just to buy time until their shift ended because again they don't handle that side when management for laxer x was requested a lot of hesitation and more waiting occurred eventually all of a sudden after just waiting for an hour and a half for 1 round of lazer tag someone for the bowling side was miraculously able to assist up but again they don't handle lazer x side and the employee whom represented himself as manager was not the one who assisted us for a game that was also supposed to be 20 minutes and of course was not but overall after all the waiting , broken equipment and disappointment we ended up having a brief moment of enjoyment but that place needs a revaluation, revamp, upgrade.

Horrible service. My husband and his friend go there often, and they came to have a good time always play pool and use the quarter machine. They had a new lady working the bar and she gave them the balls and polls even though they played the coin pool table. The older guy who works the bar and another lady came and started arguing with my husband saying it was his fault. What kind of customer service is this? To argue with the customer when you should have trained your staff. No problem spending the money b it it’s the principle. Don’t work in customer service is your not friendly.
