This place is absolutely fantastic! It offers endless fun and entertainment for the entire family. The laser tag was the nicest one I have ever been to and the trampolines were so insanely fun. All the guests had an amazing time, and we couldn’t be more grateful. I highly recommend hosting a birthday party here—it’s truly worth it.

Our party hosts, Jarvis and Hailey, went above and beyond to make the experience unforgettable. Their service was beyond exceptional—top-tier in every way. I can’t recommend them highly enough! I was blessed so much to have such all star hosts.

We had my son's birthday party at Launch, and we are so glad we did! Everyone had an amazing time. We had the celebrity suite, it was awesome! Our hosts, Diego and Jeniyah, went above and beyond. Great place for the kids to hang out and blow off some steam. It’s pretty much managed by kids but we’ve never had an issue. Some family had taken some personal property from our party one time but thank God it was recovered. Overall a good place ! Kids love the basketball are the most.

We celebrated our son’s birthday for the second time at this facility, and to be honest, it was a good experience for the price. The kids had a great time! The only suggestion I have is to keep the littles away from the older kids; otherwise, everything was perfect. An issue arose and Brandon, the supervisor on staff, did a great job managing things. The girls at the bar were lovely too. Overall, everything was fantastic! Thank you !

This was a wonderful experience of me and my son I really loved this place very affordable, this is my first time here and definitely I will be coming back, there was an employee named Kayla Battle Cash she was very attentive and kind, she provided us with excellent customer skills, not to mention Everytime me and my son had a question she provided us with the best answer possible she is and asset to this company. Went for a birthday party and the kids had so much fun. Not a lot for our 2.5 year old to do but our 6 year old loved it! Launch provided chicken nuggets and pizza and surprisingly, it was really good! Kids had a blast on the zip line and trampolines. They also played dodgeball and laser tag.

Overall, this place is really good!! I would really give it four stars but don't want to lower the overall score. We had a party and the hostess (I can't remember her name) was very helpful and sweet. We got a promotion to include an extra five kids but it was kind of a waste as we then had to pay for extra food to accommodate the extra guests. We come here a lot and most staff are helpful. Charles in laser tag is a great employee - super friendly and professional and a stand out employee for sure. I would suggest time blocks for the basketball, we selected this for my six year old and he never got to play due to a huge line of teenagers playing and taking turns. Next time we'll get a different add on. Overall, the place is clean, the staff are professional, and it's a great place to drain energy.
