Great customer service!
This place has rapid response to fix games when they break.

We had several games not work properly and they were fixed within minutes.

One of the pinballs stopped working and he put up with me asking a million questions about how it works AND was kind enough to explain & show me how they work!! how cool!!!!

Shout out to parker for keeping these games running. It’s crazy how much he knows at such a young age.

Laser tag was also super awesome, we played with 40 other people for an HOUR. AND they have a bar with an awesome bartender!!!

Fun place! Decided to take my teens and their friend. We did the $37 package which included the Nerk Turf - this is a Nerk gun battle. It was about 35- 40 mins - so much fun for adults and small kids. The laser tag was different than what I played previously. I didn't particularly like this style of laser tag but everyone else was having fun. The arcade games were great. Ordered pizza and a pretzel and the food is good. We would defiantly go back.

Nonstop fun for the family regardless of ages. Laser tag was the funniest warm up, and VR was exciting. Refills on the soda was very helpful.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I am not the type of person to ever complain, or write bad reviews. but this one was called for…..I couldn’t believe how they are trying to scam people with such overpriced prizes….Dollar tree toys for literally 1500 tickets….Not to mention the 15$ stuffed animal that they were charging 20,000 tickets for. more then half of the games weren’t working properly. Basketball pro wouldn't register any of the balls, quick drop was dropping balls randomly which made it impossible to get the jackpot, bean bag toss didn’t even have a score to beat..I could go on and on. Please save your time and money.

It really was alot of fun! My girl found a Groupon that gave us 3 hours unlimited gaming, vr and an hour of lazer tag for 50 bucks! The lazer tag was a highlight, good setup, great arena.

Just had my 8 year old's birthday here. He and his friends had a hoot. The party rooms- at least the one we were in, are on the smaller side and there's really only seating for the kids in the room. It's basically just a place for them to eat pizza and soda before playing laser tag and arcade. They let us come in early to decorate before the party started.

There is a central seating area between the party rooms where adults can hang out. They have a bar for the adults, too.

The facility was clean and well kept, including the bathrooms. The staff were courteous and helpful. The person assigned to our party was very attentive and took good care of us.

I feel like we had a good party for our money and my son had a blast.

I was deeply disappointed with my experience at LaserOps. As a mother who has hosted numerous parties at various venues, I have never encountered such a subpar service. The host, Parker, failed to provide adequate attention to my needs. The pricing was also unreasonable, as the quality of service did not justify the cost. For the amount I paid, I expected a more organized and customer-oriented experience. I couldn’t even get a cup without an extra cost when the party was over $1,400.
Furthermore, the mandatory tip was not worth the host’s lack of service. I also made a complaint to the person at the register, but her response was dismissive and rude.
Regrettably, I would not recommend this establishment to others seeking a seamless and enjoyable event.

If a 0 star was an option I would give it. came here for the 1st time and give it a try Lyn the owner helped us at first alot of the game do not work we hit the jackpot on one and didn't award it. Asked if they can reset the claw machine and was told "no we can't no one resets machine" mind you we go to alot of arcades and they do. Not happy at ALL I asked for a full refund of $49 and was laughed at and told no refund. You as the owner should do whatever you can to make your customers happy not sit here and take people's money if they're not happy. I'll make sure people know about this and make sure they do not come here. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE DO NOT GO HERE. (I'm sure Lyn the owner will come on here and turn this review off or try to pled her side)
