⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Leadership and Service Recovery! This is leadership at its finest

Initially, I was extremely disappointed with the service I received. My car was returned with several issues: the computer wasn't reset, the steering fluid cap was left open, and the oil dipstick wasn't inserted properly. It was frustrating, and I couldn't help but wonder, "Who is checking the work?”

HOWEVER!, my experience took a complete 180 turn after the Service Manager stepped in. He truly embodies one of my favorite sayings: “It’s not the problem that defines a TEAM, but the actions taken to resolve it.” This is leadership at its finest—rare and commendable.

The Service Manager, along with the technician and the lead, owned up to the mistakes without excuses. They implemented immediate training measures, invited me to bring my car back for a full redo of the service, and maintained excellent communication throughout the process. They went above and beyond—washing my car, dusting off my engine, filling my tank, and ensuring everything was perfect.

Thanks to their professionalism and genuine commitment to making things right, my trust in the service department has been fully restored. This team demonstrated the true meaning of accountability and customer care. Highly recommended!
