This has been a very pleasant encounter with Kevin Sullivan of Lakeside Realty. Kevin had listed my Penthouse Bay Hill condo then followed up with what appeared to be an easy transition to a successful sale by meeting all my financial expectations. Then came the fun and informative prospecting for my new home. His attention to detail with an understanding of my standards were spot on and well met. We had Frank Ochilles as our property manager. He tried to kick us out for having a dog so he could sell our home. The dog was an ESA. He saw our dog at least once a quarter when he came over. He then pretended he never knew we had a dog. He doesn’t care about people. He cares about money in his own pocket. Thankfully with advice from an attorney, we were able to stay put in our lovely Windermere house with our 2 children.

He also, as a property manager was charging us less for rent than he was supposed to. I had to tell him the correct price. He had no idea! Isn’t that a property manager’s job? To collect the right amount of rent for the owner?

Don’t use this company. Too much drama.

Last November (2016) my wife and I finally closed on our new dream home in Apopka, Florida. In the months that preceded our closing, Andy made time to show us numerous houses during our periodic visits from Ohio. He was always positive, patient and helpful. He shared a lot of good advice. He did not steer us to a quick sale but guided us to a smart sale. In the months that followed our closing, Andy was quick to reply to any question or concern that we had. He made recommendations on good deals for additional improvements to our home. His "house warming" present was also appreciated. We would definitely recommend Andy and his staff!
