I'm very happy to have a store like this in the neighborhood. The prices are reasonable for educational materials for children. I bought a shape sorter for my 9 month old, a realistic jungle animal set that I use for language development and his sensory basket, and also a book called "First 1,000 words in Spanish".

A friendly staff member signed me up for text messages and I receive coupons that are a good deal.

A big box store for school supplies, more for teachers than individual students. Serves home schooling as well as traditional classroom based schools. Mostly their own brands and at prices that are not much of a discount. Cashiers are helpful but mostly are there to ring up your order. Check online and sale flyers for coupons.

Don't come here if you want to stay cheerful. I came here with my two young kids after a long day. The last thing I needed was to get barked at by the cashier for basically being too tired and not paying attention to my surroundings. Next time I will do the smart mom thing and shop on Amazon.

Every summer I visit the Lakeshore store in Pasadena Ca. And I want to thank Sarahy for Her assistant in the store and the cashier she is very knowledgeable and we find great deals today along with my coworker

Lakeshore Learning Store in Pasadena is easy to maneuver, well stocked, and reasonably affordable. The products are up to date from pre-k and up. They have grade books, plan books, bulletin board borders, reward stickers, posters, and a plethora of blackline master texts on almost every subject aligned to common core standards.

I love their assortment of manipulatives for math( counters, large plastic clocks, place value games), reading, teaching phonics, et al. I also appreciate that if you're a parent, there are materials that can be educational presents or tools to help kids to review or get ahead. There's a little bit of everything for all the things districts do not provide their teachers. Lakeshore also gives a teacher discount and sends you coupons if you join their text club.

It does get busy in August and September, but the workers are terrific and do a wonderful job to help everyone as efficiently as possible.

Lakeshore.is a great place to buy classroom supplies but I have to say it's a little over priced. Staff isn't that friendly my poster got stuck in the laminating machine, the worker there was a bit rude.
