My service dog and I just moved to Florida, we appreciate the quite friendly atmosphere at this public library. We find that this location has everything you would need and the staff are more then accommodating. The place was also very clean which was nice for me and my Service dog 🐕‍🦺

I come here for Adult coloring every Monday. I also come here for book club on the 4th Tuesday of the month. This is a great resource for our community not just for books and educational resources but also as a place to socialize.

There are many information resources available in person but there's lots of online stuff too.

I like the ability to check out books, including audio books online. I like Book Club, adult coloring at the Library and various other programs.

In the summertime they usually have lots of programs for kids and families.

You will not find a friendlier or more accommodating place in all of Polk County. This library staff goes above and beyond all expectations to service their community. I love walking in their doors and appreciate all the programming they do to serve their community. They are also the longest running local artist gallery in Lake Wales. I truly do love my Lake Wales Library!

This library has a huge variety of books, including audio, DVDs, newspapers, etc. The librarians are very helpful as well. Want a nice, cool place to enjoy a book? Check out this library.

The library employees are so friendly and helpful. I never found the section of books without their help .if you don't have a card or need a replacement they'll give you one. they didn't have the book I was looking for but I did find something else. I was amazed at how long you can have the check book out .it also will automatically re-check it if you don't want to return it at that time. I also picked up a lot of free magazines to take home and look through

I bring my son to this library. They have a great selection of books for everyone. The librarians are incredible. They are so kind, patient, helpful, and friendly. Just all around a good place. My son enjoys his visits and I enjoy bringing him. Thank you, LWPL.
