Passing through Lake Wales and decided to stop in. This place is super cute and cozy. They lean into the history of the building with their couches and decor. They have tons of books and goods made by locals for sale. They have a shelf of games to play. Plenty of tables to work or study from. Definitely a gem, we will return.

This is an amazing coffee spot! It’s a small coffee shop, with a cozy atmosphere. There is a great variety of coffee, and tea, as well as some pastries. They also sell books for a great price. The place is really clean and quiet. The owner, Carolyn, is a very sweet person, she told us about the story of the arcade, and showed us the pictures that I put below. The coffee they make is amazing, one of the best I’ve ever tried. If you stop by this shop, you will not regret. Really recommend this place!

I thought I’d never find a place to study in Lake Wales, but discovering this cafe was such an exciting surprise! Tucked away in the downtown area, the cafe was hidden in the evening glow.

As you step through the glass doors, you’re greeted by a charming vintage cafe right next to a game station.

With a Lofi study playlist, a welcoming staff, lactose free options, and a delicious chai tea latte ; I’ve found my new favorite spot!

I will gladly be a returning customer! 🫶🏽

Located inside the Historic Rhodesbilt arcade. I like the atmosphere, an ideal place for a coffee date, somewhere to work or to listen to music. They have events on most evenings, the schedule is located in the shop not sure if they have social media. I ordered an iced coconut crunch oat milk coffee it was okay a little watery. Their other coffee might be better but it was average. I also had a vanilla and cherry cupcake, it reminded me of a box cake mix. It was decent but not amazing quality.

It is great to have a place downtown that is open in the afternoon and evening to enjoy a drink and snack. Cute old fashioned vibe in the historic Rhodesbilt Arcade with a growing bookstore section. I have been there for coconut crunch coffee with steamed milk one day and freshly brewed chai latte another. Both were piping hot, fresh and delicious and though I did not have any, they had yummy looking pastries. Old fashioned stuffed chairs offer a cozy place to enjoy your drinks. The family that runs this business are friendly and offer great customer service. Prices are great too!

Not a Starbucks within 20 miles, and love to support local businesses. This place is a gem. Free public parking across the street. One catch is that it doesn’t open until 2pm, but the saving grace is that it stays open until 9pm. The entrance to the coffee shop is inside of a historic-looking building with dark wood and stained-glass windows. Limited pastries, and they change daily, but they are good. The coffee is as good or better than Starbucks! Quiet , laid-back atmosphere for reading, talking with friends, or working on your laptop. Plug-ins at most tables.

Everything is super clean. The menu is diverse without being confusing. The pasties are freshly baked, and you can tell. I've had the lemonade and coffee here and both were fantastic. My husband recommends the citrus cookies. When I ordered the brownie, I was asked if I preferred the inside or edges. I've never been asked that before, so it was super exciting. The staff is all very friendly. They are soft spoken and you never feel rushed. They have trivia nights, and last night they had live music. I very much recommend this spot.

Our family of 6 enjoyed 6 different delicious coffee delights. Loved the historic atmosphere and friendly staff. We also selected some games to entertain the more active members of the family while we sipped our brews.
