Beautiful, friendly place to live with lots to do if you want to!

Manager at this park is super awkward. Struggles with people skills. I showed up to visit some family members for the holidays, wouldnt let me ride my scooter to their unit, since i had to park at the office. Anyways, super unorthidox. I think you should hire someone who can discern between what a big deal is, and what isnt. Focus on your job, not on a kid trying to scooter to his christmas dinner.

My grandma has lived here for over 10 years, it is a beautiful park. We love to walk down to the lake where we have seen geese, turtles and deer. Make sure you have your badge because residents will question why you are there. Management has gotten strict on the residents, trying to control family visits among other things.

Lake Oaks is a very nice looking park of manufactured homes located in quiet setting close to amenities in Placerville. Not many homes have garages.

I love the lake. I walk the trail everyday and I meet some residents walking their dogs. Everybody is so friendly.

I have relatives who recently moved here. Clean and friendly environment. Nice neighborhood. Great views.
