Had an issue where my new gaming rigs fans would not spin nor the RGB light up. Lake Mary computers has been around for a minute so I took it in. Mike was awesome and knowledgeable. He was also very communicative and made me feel like I was also a part of the diagnostic/repair process. In just a few days the problem was found and fixed, cable management was done ,and I got to take home my system. Would recommend this business to anyone, even gamers. Support your local small businesses!

They are miracle workers. I brought my CPU in recently fearing that my hard drive failed, but it turns out that it was a BIOS battery problem. Mike explained that the BIOS battery needs to be replaced occasionally and that the innards of the CPU (especially the fan) should be cleaned of dust on a regular basis. My computer is now good as new! Thank you so much Mike!

I only have one criticism: I was told that I would receive a text message after diagnostics were run, but I never got one. Maybe it was my phone, but the lack of communication had me sweating with worry (insert GIF of Jordan Peele sweating bullets). I'm probably not the only customer with anxiety issues over computers. U_U

I have an older MacBook Pro that would no longer charge the battery and went to Lake Mary computers for help. They were very nice, fair and kept me informed through out the repairs. I did not have the $$ available for a larger drive at that moment, but I was provided with recommendations and other options on things I could do to be able to keep using my computer in the meantime. I will definitely return when I am ready to upgrade my laptop’s drive or with any other computer issues.

The owner/technician of this store is rude, sold me unnecessary equipment to “fix” my problem, and never found the root of the problem with my PC. He wouldn’t listen to me while detailing my problems or the troubleshooting I had already done, telling me to redo things I’d already tried. It was a frustrating experience to say the least, I would not recommend this shop.
