I LOVE Lake City Cellular! I learned about them, word of mouth (often the BEST recommendation) about 7 years ago. I have taken friends and family there & called for advice, many times. I needed a battery replacement, and when I got my phone back six hours later, it was overheating and unusable. I returned the next morning and asked the technician to fix it. He mentioned an issue with the backing and said it would need to be repaired, which I agreed to pay for. I assumed he would fix the backing. When I called that night, he said it was fixed, but when I picked it up, the backing wasn't repaired, and it was still overheating. The communication was very poor, and I'm very disappointed. I've been without a phone for two days now. The most frustrating part is that he mentioned a few times that the backing might need to be fixed, and I repeatedly told him to do whatever was necessary.
