Our room smelled like cat urine but it was probably more because of a water leak. The carpet was wet so we called the front desk the maintenance man never showed up. Last night we had problems with the TV remote controls the man that brought us the replacements was not in a good mood. I think our call pulled him away from the basketball game on TV. This place could be a great place to stay if the help weren't so lazy.

Stayed here a few myhs ago. Loved it but the elevator to the pool was broken. Called to stay here again a few mths later. Elevator STILL NOT WORKING! So we are staying elsewhere. Very disappointed. When I asked when it would be fixed so I could book a later date I was just told it would get done eventually. Now we have found a new favorite place. Sad 😥

It's the radisson now. We loved it. LaVern (manager) was great. So awesome my wife hand wrote a letter to the front desk staff. We will stay here many more times!

When we stayed here a few years ago it was called The Legacy and we loved it now it's called Radisson and it was not set up for four people who stayed in this room you have to ask for toasters towels which they do not want to give they say they count everything and if things missing they will charge your card after you leave staff seem to have a attitude make sure if you going to stay in Panama City that you call the hotel or condo that you want to stay in because we had a problem checking in because we went through a different website if we didn't have a confirmation number and it wasn't on a credit card we wouldn't have had a room I will not stay here again I gave it one star just because I had to to write this review 😩
