Let me say that the Park Managers have been great. They have made some great improvements to the park. They are always ready to address a problem. Well maintained with great amenities properties and more. Whoever left the review about toenail polish. Well who cares. They get the job done with a smile. I gave them 5 stars for their excellent service not how they look.

Very friendly place to live. The activities in the Park are ever changing & growing, be as active as you want! Improvements to our community are happening, new paint & updates to the club house. And check out our Holiday decorations! It's also great that our managers will make a tour thru the park getting to know everyone & keeping an eye out for our safety!

The park has lots of activities! New improvements are being made thanks to the new managers! The managers are easy going and patiently listen to complaints and take action when necessary. This is really appreciated! As with any close living circumstance there are always those who continually break the rules. I am so grateful to these new managers!

So much has been accomplished since the new managers took over. They take their jobs seriously and get things done. New paint in the clubhouse, electrical work, fence work, etc. So much is happening. And they take our safety seriously - from enforcing the speed limit to ousting people who shouldn't be here. They are very responsive to complaints and are working hard to improve the infrastructure. Love that there are activities almost every day of the week. So much do to if you chose to participate.

I looked at the pictures provided and if you look close....lawns are dying there's miscellaneous cameras and some on posts. The interior floors and cabinets don't match. What is supposed to look like hard word floors is layed down in the wrong direction. So wrong!!

I have lived in Lady Lake Mobil home park for the past 14 years. Beautiful park, wonderful neighborhood. Our new management has been extremely excellent at getting our park upgraded.
They look out for us, patrol our park from people that don’t belong in hear late at night. Tammie and Chris have stepped to the plate, and are doing a fantastic job. Welcome.

An excellent place to have a seasonal home. The neighborhood is gauged toward senior citizens. Golf course next to the community. Indoor swimming pool, outdoor large area for activities and gathering with friends and neighbors.

Managers are clowns. They stalk you. Drive around at night with no lights on. You feel like you are in 6th grade camp, and they are the teenagers making sure you are tucked it. Be open minded, the male manager likes to wear finger nail and toe nail polish. Embellished by lots of jewelry.
