Where do I even begin? This was our worst dealership experience EVER!
We purchased a 2022 GMC Sierra 3500 Dually, and the dealership assured us they service all vehicles before selling them. However, after taking the vehicle home, we ended up spending an additional $600 for an oil change, and replacement of the fuel filter, air filter, and cabin filter at our local Midas store.
During this service, we were also informed that the tires on the Dually were the wrong size. The rear tires were actually touching each other, which is obviously very dangerous. We didn’t catch this issue at the dealership when we inspected the vehicle - probably too excited at the time of purchase!
Once we realized the tires needed replacement, we contacted the dealership again. After speaking with several supervisors and visiting one of their service centers to confirm the issue, it took weeks for them to finally agree to cover half the cost of the new tires. We replaced the tires at one of our local shops and sent them the invoice, which they confirmed receiving in early February 2025.
It's been over four weeks, and we still haven’t been reimbursed. The communication at this dealership is terrible, and once you walk out the door, they no longer care. Stay away from them!

Long have I used Labelle Dodge for vehicle purchases, but this is the first time for bringing my vehicle in for service. Service that 3 other garages could not ID or told me something else was wrong. The guys here figured it without the diagnosis I brought printed out from the others…then ran the scan, sure enough got my Jeep fixed. Well worth the drive from S Ft Myers! Thank you guys! Booked an oil change for 9:00 today. Started right on time. Took the time to drain correctly, meaning not quickly. Filled correctly, which a lot of places don't do. Topped up washer fluid, and did a recall while I was waiting. Well done, thanks!

As soon as I entered the LaBelle sales office I knew it would be a good experience since I did NOT have a flock of sales people flock around me like vultures. A young man, who was doing work at his desk, looked up and asked if he could help me. He showed exactly what I was looking for and didn't try to push anything on me. Everyone was polite and helpful. I drove the extra hour to avoid high pressure tactics and am so glad I did.

I purchased my truck from Lehigh store. No complaints on the actual truck. Pretty great. However, I took my truck because it has warranty and it should be fixed if something is wrong. I took it on Wednesday and told them that the passenger seat is constantly getting wet.

They called back and said that the WHOLE carpet of my truck was wet and that it needed to be removed and replaced. They also told me that they called my warranty and it wasn’t covered because it wasn’t anything mechanical but it was water damage from somewhere. I knew that was all bs because we took the carpet off at home prior to taking it there. (Come on, not the first vehicle we’ve ever owned. )

I decided to just go back there and get it back because who wants to pay 877 for inspection hours and having nothing fixed? How are you going to have guys hosing underneath my truck and guys checking inside to see where the water comes from?

I took it to them bc it had warranty. After this ordeal I took it to my mechanic and my damn trucks ac system is broken and that’s where the water is coming from. Which they told me that the a/c, sunroof and brakes were not the source of the water. I know the sunroof wasn’t the problem, if not EVERYTHING IN MY TRUCK WOULD BE WET.

You can’t tell me you actually took the truck apart because that’s absolute bs.
