Honestly, this gym is my happy place... And that's coming from someone who used to HATE working out. Ethan at the front desk is so friendly and customer oriented.... And Chris, my trainer, knows exactly what to say to motivate me. The progress I've seen in just one year is incredible thanks to the amazing team and people that go here. It's honestly like one big family... Everyone is so invested in everyone else's progress!

I can't say enough good things about the child care staff! They are absolutely wonderful with the kids—friendly and attentive. My child always looks forward to going, and I feel completely at ease knowing they’re in such capable hands. It makes my gym experience even better knowing my little one is well cared for. Highly recommend!

Staff is always really friendly and helpful. The gym is always kept clean too. I would love a hip thrust machine or a smith machine somewhere in a less congested area part of the gym that would make it easier to set up for.

I love this gym! Ethan, one of the front desk workers, welcomes me every night and wishes me a good workout! He does his job thoroughly and exceedingly, and I look forward to my workouts every night!

Ethan was very helpful in starting my gym journey and showing me the tips I need to be a big dawg like him. He also has an elite jump shot on the court like Devin Booker. Solid person and chill guy!

This is my favorite gym. The staff is so friendly and the facility is clean. I like the music and I am so thankful for the group fitness classes. Having a great place to exercise means alot to my health in so many ways. Thanks for a great gym!
