The staff really make the experience! Karren spent time with me going over piece by piece with me until a made my decision, not rushing me, and finding things that she felt was my taste.
Jihad is just awesome ! Jihad makes me feel like family every time I walk in the doors. He is one of the main reasons I keep coming back to buy more for my jewelry collection.
The store is very organized and clean. It's well kept up with fresh paint and it even smells good inside.
Its a must stop if your in the area.

First pawnshop I went into and didn't feel like a pawnshop , well organized and clean , jihad and his team from Maleke and Maria were all very good help and the store manager jihad was very energetic and made sure I walked out with something and a good deal, will definitely be back again thank you

Had a great experience @La Familia. The person that helped me today was Jihad. He was really attentive and knew what I was looking for. He knows his stuff and was friendly. It was very refreshing to have received such friendly customer service. He was supperrrrr helpful and would definitely recommend him for any of your needs here. Will definitely be returning 10/10 would recommend !
