My daughter is 8 years old and has been taking lessons for 2 years. We play courses all over south Florida. Today we went to the Par 3 course and was not allowed to play due to an 8 year old girl wearing a sleeveless golf shirt. This place should be ashamed to treat a child this way and publicly humiliate her in front of everyone in the club house.

It's a remarkable place - think about it. You can move from NYC on a pension or savings plan. Buy a renovated apartment for $150,000 and spend less than $12,000 per year between HOA, Taxes, Insurance -etc. With that money you get pools, tennis, a theater and other amenities. While there are some drawbacks to this 55+ community - I can't think of a greater dollar value for what you get.

They don’t allow pets which is annoying and sad, I really wanted a cat in my house that I was my favorite, but because of this stupid policy I can’t be happy and I can’t get a pet. This place deserves a 1 star and I won’t recommend to live here.

It's a terrible place to live. There is a person-sized hole in the outer fence, and I've been reporting it for 9 months to anyone who will listen (security, maintenance, office staff, etc.) and it STILL isn't fixed. I tried to get on the agenda for the next board meeting to discuss the issue with the Kings Point Board, and was refused. I wish I had never bought here.

$800 a month in HOA fees and they don’t do anything but cut grass. The security can’t do anything except let cars in, they do not come when you call because someone took your spot AND you are only allowed 2 resident I.Ds but you have to renew every 5 years and it costs $60 a person. If you can afford this place go elsewhere. This place is a rip off and the entire community is trash

A adult community in Palm Beach county. The facilities are wonderful and no matter what you like to do it's available in a club or group.. there are many club houses and pools on the property the club houses contain physical equipment swimming pools hot tubs and meeting rooms. The main clubhouse 4th jog road as the humongous theater holding over 1,000 people. They have for residents very low priced shows usually two times a week sometimes more. Of course there are outdoor swimming pools and they have four indoor swimming pools as well in this clubhouse. The building itself and all the amenities are in the clubhouse that has been renovated completely over the last two years.
