I took my niece to kindred play collective today for the grid opening, and I was so impressed that all of their toys were custom and handmade. All of their structures were customized for Montessori type of educational play. There’s a really nice coffee bar, devoted to mothers being cared for as well as great interactive spaces for the moms to hang out while the kids play independently if they wish. This place is beautiful and it’s very relaxing and it feels so so safe. I’m recommending it to everybody as the ultimate Sacramento area play café for their families and little ones.

Finally, a play space that has room for my kid's imagination and creativity! Such a sweet place to spend time with your little ones. The space is so bright, inviting and clean. They even have a unique and handmade play structure that my kids LOVED. The slides and climbing were a hit, as was the nook underneath where they could immerse themselves in delightful imagination time. The colors, toys and decor are all so thoughtful, with natural materials and a variety of sensory experiences. Love this place!

We had an amazing time at this new indoor play space! The space isn’t huge or overly stimulating and my toddler and her friend played for hours without missing a beat. The toys perfectly captured that Waldorf-inspired vibe—simple, thoughtful, and engaging.

When we visited, it wasn’t crowded at all, which gave the kids plenty of room to explore and really enjoy themselves. The whole space was spotless, organized, and felt brand new.

The bathroom was clean and convenient too. There was a coffee bar with coffee and creamer, black tea and hot chocolate. All included in the price of admission.

But the real highlight? The owner. She was an absolute gem—warm, welcoming, and constantly checking in to make sure we were comfortable. You could tell she truly cares about both the space and the families who visit.

I took my 2.5-year-old son here, and he absolutely loved it! I could really tell how much love and thought went into creating this space. It’s warm, inviting and there are so many different ways for him to use his imagination and learn. Honestly, if something like this had existed when I was a kid, I would have been obsessed. 🥹

I work from home, so it’s so nice to have a place like this to take him. Somewhere he can explore, play, and be around other kids. I loved it so much that I went ahead and got the Fungi membership, and I already know we’ll be coming here all the time.

I can’t recommend Kindred Play Collective enough!

All I can say is WOW!! I just took my toddler here for the first time and I know I’ll be coming back time and time again. The owners have created a very unique, intentional, and beautiful vibe. So happy to have a gem like this in town!
