Me and two coworkers stopped in Hope location at KFC for lunch. All three of our orders were wrong, the staff had attitude, the chicken was raw and it was greasiest mess I've ever seen. The tray that they put my food on had honey or syrup or something all over it I do not recommend anyone stop at this place.

We had been driving for several hours and decided to stop and get a couple of chicken pot pies. The attendant took the order of the lady in front of us. Then she left the front cashier position to do other things. She didn’t acknowledge us or even say, I will be with you in a moment. We stood and waited over 5 minutes with no one offering to help us. We decided to leave and go some place else. There were also many flies in the restaurant.

Nov. 4, 2024 4:00 pm I went in Hope Ar. K F C. The 3 ladies behind the counter was the worst I have ever seen the the 30 years I been going in there. They might had a bad day, but you never take it out on customers. I was the ONLY one there to order. They never said hello or thank you. NOTHING. She took my order , I paid 32.00 then she turned around walked off and talked to another lady for 10 minutes THEN put my order together and popped the bag on counter and walked off!! I never been treated so cruel!! I will not be back

They don’t even cook the chicken it’s raw and the workers and managers are rude and was getting loud until I started to record and then was but before I started to record they were cussing and saying they know how to cook then i was going to throw away the chicken because they were trying to give it to other customers the worker was pissed I threw it in the trash and told me to get out of her town will never be back here again and wouldn’t even give a refund said you should’ve ate the raw chicken STAY AWAY!!!!!

Service is horrible. Only acknowledged us when the manager walked in the door. One order was half correct. Biscuit's were too done to eat. This is not the first time for bad service at this location. I will never return here.

- waited 10 minutes for old food
- dry
- definitely sat for a while
- somehow didn’t get my 2nd side
- chewy
- no tea bc they just didn’t make it?

literally the only good thing was the gravy. but that shouldn’t be the only thing that comes out of the kitchen steaming. come on KFC, fix this place. Got an infinite stock of parking spots for 6 people daily

I ordered a family meal on their app. Was 8 pieces and 8 strips an app special. I paid through the app. When I arrived I was told they didn’t have strips or biscuits. Ok can you exchange them with something else? They said no . I said ok can you refund my money they said you have to call the 800 number. !!!! So you can’t give me my order and you won’t give me my money I asked to speak to a supervisor they left me waiting at the window so I drove around and went in and asked for a supervisor. Yes I am irritated at this point. I ask again for my money back they called the police to escort me out . I never threatened anyone I never did anything except ask for my money or a supervisor. 3 officers came and said I had to leave. I call the number it says 7 to 10 days for a refund. Ok family you can eat in 7 to 10 days. DO NOT ORDER ON THEIR APP !! I suggest you don’t go there at all !
