We love this place! There are so many things to do every day! Pools, Line dancing, Pickle ball, cards of every kind, karaoke, live music, and special events! Very soon there will be a driving range and a firing range! Everything is spotlessly clean. The staff are amazing, and keep everything running as smoothly as possible. And all this for an amazingly reasonable rate!

The only drawback is the relative remoteness of the park. However, you can get to either coast in about 1.5 hours. Keystone Heights is a nice town with quite a few restaurants and most of your day to day shopping needs. For bigger shopping needs or fancier dining, Gainesville and Jacksonville are less than an hour's drive. And St. Augustine is just over an hour away.

We are snow birds from New England and are planning our third year here in 2026. We have checked other RV resorts and this place is still our favorite.
The office staff, especially Michelle, have been very helpful and accommodating. The town is small, but very nice. Don't miss Stones Irish Pub if you visit.

RV park that is so clean! Staff is wonderful and the guests are friendly. Felt very safe and the gate is manned 24/7.Only a short time there but we felt at home. We will stop there again and we might just stay forever.

This is a very busy RV park. It’s a small RV city. With so many great amenities. Great security and employees are wonderful too!
Price is great! It’s Very affordable and so clean.
Incredible Pools and hot tubs- bath and laundry areas are super deluxe and always clean.
So many great things going on here.
But For me the downsides were - It is Not a 55+ park I mis understood- it’s an Adults only Park but children are allowed at certain times.
There were/are One too many obnoxiously loud trucks and motorcycles. There are No speed limit signs nor stop or yield signs anywhere - so you can go as fast as you like😂and some do even the golf carts - Soo much constant traffic - I realize it’s Because it’s so big over 600 sites and many people here still work. And they are adding more sites.
Location is great tho. Not too far from beaches and sight seeing. Again so many great things here. I think it just needs some more regulations? Maybe. It does- is very safe place to walk around.

This is our 1st time away from home from our Canadians winter. Everyone here is sooo welcoming, and everybody seems eager to help us out while settling in. The ameneties are fantastic, every thing seems new and well maintained. The entire resort is sparkling clean, and the activities are endless, from early mornings to evenings! Sooo happy to be here!

I had a life changing experience at this place.
I've always known it's unsafe for a woman to open the door to an unknown man.
But since it was the security personnel I thought it would be a safe choice to answer the knock at my door.
This man was so belligerent to me, I was embarrassed that I allowed it!
I might have accidentally run a stop sign in the park but there's no planet on which this man needs to be the one to address it.
He made me remember why women would choose the bear. He sincerely stamped into my mind to NEVER answer the door for ANYONE!!!!!!!
I was alone and in my nightgown. He tried to approach me to "show me" footage of my heinous crime of blowing thru a stop sign at 3mph.
Ladies if you've ever been threatened by a man, they have a look of evil in their eyes.
This man had it all over him.
It was actually a stroke of luck for me to not have to suffer physical harm to be reminded: NEVER OPEN YOUR DOOR UNLESS YOU INVITED THEM.
It is literally something I replayed over and over in my mind and am appalled at my own actions. I should have screamed or slammed the door in his face. It was one of those times where I had my guard down so low it rendered me stupid apparently. So as I said before, this was life changing because I can guarantee nothing like that will ever be allowed to happen to me again.

We stayed here from 7/4/24-7/6/24. It's very clean and nice. Pools and bathhouses are clean and nice. However, this place doesn't have any shade yet, and there is no full timer section. Full timers are all over the place. The full timer sites are cluttered with things, and under their campers are concrete blocks, boxes, and more stuff. They also don't allow pop-up tents, even if it's only for 2 days. It was 96° outside. The way the site was laid out, our awnings were not able to provide any shade. We enjoy sitting outside, not inside our camper the whole time. The website has not been updated since it was built. If they change their policies on pop-up tents for shade and move their full timers to a specific section, we might go back. If they only want full timers here, then you should tell people who just want a nice place to camp for a couple of days.

Full-time RV living currently at KHRVR. We toured quite a number of RV parks in Northern and Central Florida to make our next move but there seems to be no comparison to KHRVR. The spacious concrete rv pads, beautiful variety of landscape plantings, affordable monthly lot rentals, activities galore are only a few of the amenities mentioned. There are many more. We are happy to call KHRVR our happy home.
