Can’t say enough good things about my purchase experience at Kendall Ford of Wasilla. The Ford Bronco had been my dream car for years, and I had been doing my research on the 6th gen ever since it came out. We met Stephanie in sales and she was great during the pitch of the vehicle, the test drive, and overall during the entire purchase experience. Our finance manager was Taylor and he was also great to work with. After the deal was finalized, they made the comment that I was hard to read and had a good poker face. I couldn’t help but smile at that point. That’s when I shared that I had a less than desirable experience at their sister location in Anchorage. I went into Kendall Ford of Wasilla not expecting much, but walked out a happy customer. I typically hate going to dealerships and the car buying experience, but this dealership remedied it for me. Thanks so much everyone for a great experience! I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Already getting ready to refer a couple of people also looking for Broncos your guys’ way 🙂

Kind, intelligent, compassionate, and they were as excited about the vehicle as we were. This description is for everyone in the building not just the salesperson and finance person. We walked out of anchorage Ford because of lack of connection or engagement from their team, and we drove to Wasilla where we were treated like family and friends. Overall great service. From our salesperson Aaron Johnston to the finance specialist Sebastian. I was actually shocked at how prompt and low pressure they were, especially the finance department! I would return for business just based on that. They didn’t waste our time or try to pressure us into purchasing “extra” item or service. The follow through on communication from Aaron was great. Also, speaking with one of our neighbors, they too experienced the same good service, and purchased vehicles from there as well.

If you are looking for a new Truck, SUV, Car, Jeep, then you have to go to Kendall Ford out of Wasilla. They had it all! I found the exact truck I wanted.First I must say, Jason, is who you have to talk with. He sold me my truck. Not only was he really Easy to work with, you could tell he truly cared About his client and their experience. If you are looking for a truck, don’t go anywhere else but here. I have purchased many vehicles over the years but always through private parties. I’ve always steered clear of the high-pressure sales dealerships. We ended up at another dealership in town looking at another truck and were not impressed at all with the Service and shady stuff attempted to be done. The next dealership that we went to is Kendall Ford in Wasilla where we met Chris our sales guy. It was all low stress and low pressure, and they were very easy to work with. Once we decided on that truck, Kendall Fords finalizing process took a little longer to close than I would’ve expected, but that’s probably me being impatient. We will definitely go back to that dealership again. (As long as the service department is as supportive as the sales team)
