Kelsey Park is a small park with varied landscape. There are a few benches along the water giving a view of the coastal condos across the intercostal. The park has a few shady trees and some palm trees as well. There are some small pavilions with picnic tables underneath, and there are sidewalks to navigate the park, though the grassy areas are nice to wander through as well. I think I spotted a few exercise trail stations as well! At sunset or sunrise I am sure this is one of the most beautiful spots in the area. I took the sunset photo with a drone facing towards the East, opposite the sun. There are signs saying no dogs allowed, if you do bring your dog anyways please at least clean up after them 🫡

Pretty nice park and atmosphere, except I did see a homeless couple living in the park which was sad. Great view and great scenery.

I love the new park. It is very family-friendly with lots of new upgrades. The floor on the playground is soft and squishy when you walk on it and the shades over the playground help out a lot on a hot sunny day. My kids had a blast and played for hours . We will be back again!

A lovely park with concrete pathways and woodchipped paths. It offers spectacular postcard views of Singer Island and the Intracoastal. It has an old Florida feel. Well maintained lawns and shrubs...basketball and tennis courts. Nice location for lunch...lots of benches and a well constructed retaining wall along the shore. Lots of free street parking...and restrooms. We saw a large manatee near the coastline just swimming in its natural habitat. There were other people in the park...sunning...playing tennis...having lunch on benches, etc. I felt safe. No one bothered us. I've been in this area for 40 years and had never taken a walk here...had no idea this lovely, serene park existed. KUDOS to Lake Park.

It's always nice and cool because of the breeze that's coming in from off the water, if the tide is low, you can get to walk out in it a bit due to a little sand bay that becomes exposed, there is a fishing side, I'm not sure how well the bite is but person's are always there fishing

This a great location with views across the ocean looking at high rise buildings and a fun place to relax in peace but one thing I don’t like is how nasty people are when they do fishing. If you’re gonna be fishing at least clean up the blood of the fish, it really smells bad and nobody wants to be stepping or sitting around that filth.

11/10/24: Kelsey Park is a beautiful little park with a old world type fountain at the center. And across the road is the intercoastal. We went to a car show there and it was a nice size without being overly huge.
