(NORTHSHORE MALL LOCATION) Nice place very beautiful inside and comfortable massage chair. Lash tech was sweet, however i do not like the lash set I left wondering what did i pay for exactly? Because it doesn’t look like my lashes were done , which maybe the reason could be that I did ask for a natural classic lash look not too full, I was expecting them to be a lil longer than my natural eyelashes which are naturally long. I’m just disappointed because I did pay $125 and feel like I will have to buy strips on top of this set so get a better look. - UPDATE : all the lashes fell out not even 24 hours later and completely gone. Complete waste of money.

Very professional academy! Very clean and neat. The academy has all the equipment necessary. She also provides the material necessary to do the clases! I will recommend any one who wants to take the lashes course! Jessica is very nice and professional. I will give her 10 stars

I’ve been struggling with acne for so long, getting a new pimple almost every day and leaving a brown scar on my face!!! I did not know where to go and I found this amazing place located at Northshore mall. I got couple sessions of peelings and microneedling and guysss it really work!!! The staff is very professional and they are always attentive and in communication with you to see how your case is evolving. I recommend them 100%

I unfortunately do not recommend this place. I booked for a 1h45minute hydrodermabrasion. They only did a 1hr facial. There was no steamer, which meant that the dermabrasion machine barely did anything. The amount of product used was so thin, I could feel my skin being tugged. There was no facial massage element, just plastic gloves on my face. Other team members came in and out of the room, as well as knocked to speak with the person throughout my facial, so was not peaceful at all. Finally, there was a mouse in the reception area as I was trying to pay. The esthetician was sweet but sadly, not a great facial.

Yessica is great! I first started coming here about 3 years ago and she has helped me so much with my acne. She is extremely gentle when it comes to extractions. The results speak for themselves!

I can’t say enough good things about this place. I have had my lashes done by both Yessica and Mildred many times.. I think they both do an amazing job. Jessica is very personable and just an all around awesome person. She always goes above and beyond to make sure my experience is relaxing and comfortable. The spa is bright and clean, yet relaxing and calming. The aesthetic is spot on! 🤍 I always look forward to my next appointment. & I can’t wait to get a facial from her next. update: I got a facial and it was one of the best facials I’ve ever had! Every thing she did made my skin actually look and feel NOTICEABLY brighter and all around healthier. Idk how she does it but my skin feels amazing rn! Thanks again, I can’t wait to go back as always!
