This review is in regards to a safety concern that was brought up 2 months ago when I first visited this location. One being an exposed area where kids are able to sneak/squeeze out of the barricaded area to keep them safely inside. Behind the barricade and the arcade machines remains an exposed area that is not blocked. Second being the door does not latch so kids can just push/pull the door open to get out. These two concerns were reported to management via their website contact and this was their response. Two months later visited this location again and the issues were ignored and never addressed. I found myself finding one of my kids constantly getting out, big concern. Owner(s)/Management don’t wait until it’s too late to address.

Just had my daughter’s birthday party here and it’s the most compliments we’ve ever gotten for a party. Kids had a blast and the staff was super accommodating. Downside was the price of pizza but we got by w just 2 pizzas for our full party and took food home. Despite the rules stating we only had 1 hour of play and 1 hour in the party room the staff was fine with the kids going back out to play for the remainder of our time which was great.

Interactive, fun, and clean play place for kids of multiple age groups. The large arcade room has many electronic choices too.
The family enjoyed climbing , sliding and exploring this arena immensely! Membership plans for the month are a plus. Check this place out! It a winner

The play structures were cool, but they obviously don’t keep up with maintenances of the toys/interactive structures. Didn’t seem that clean either. Also not in the best area town.. $18 an hour is a bit much.

Unpleasant experience. The focus is solely on profit, with no consideration for children or customers. The staff is discourteous and lacks compassion. After nearly two hours of play, my daughter needed to use the restroom and I needed to accompany her, but we were denied entry because I wasn't wearing socks. I tried to explain that it was just a quick bathroom break, but I was told to purchase a $2 pair of socks to gain access. In addition to the $19 we already spent on the session and $7 on snacks, this strict and uncaring policy left a bad taste in our mouths. We immediately left and will not be returning.

While I could have easily paid for the socks, my concern lies with the mindset of the staff and the overall management of the establishment. It is clear that their priority is profit, rather than the well-being of their customers, especially children. Despite the lack of competition in Fairfield, I will be taking my daughter elsewhere where she will be valued and cared for. It's not just about the money, but about the principles and values that the business upholds. Let's support businesses that prioritize customer satisfaction and care.

So glad we had my niece's birthday here! Everything from initial reservation to the actual party to closing out the bill was seamless! I didn't get names, but the team working on Sunday, December 28th from around 1 pm to 3:45 pm was amazing! I could see how it could get chaotic, but they had control of our timeline, and they were very responsive to our questions and requests/needs. Thank you!

Purchased weekday passes for my kids and Friday is not considered a weekday to them. Also on holiday breaks from school even if it's a Monday through Thursday they won't let you use weekday passes . We don't live in Fairfield and are coming from out of town. My daughter has school during week so its not possible to take her on a school day . My kids want to go I paid a lot for the passes and want to be able to use them . This place is already expensive enough as it is
