Jumpin Jacks is an excellent company! I called and they had the bounce house that I requested. The pricing was reasonable, the booking process was smooth, the delivery process was so easy. They have a minimum price to drive to us out of town, but they let you keep the bounce house for the whole weekend for no additional cost. This was our 3rd experience renting from Jumpin Jacks and everything was smooth and easy. This was the first time we rented for a park instead of our backyard. The staff was very knowledgeable about which houses are permitted at the parks. I spoke with them via the chat feature on the website and they were super responsive, answered my questions, and sent a contract. I wanted to change the time and they sent a revised contract in minutes.

The bounce house was super clean and in immaculate shape. Perfect for my son’s sixth birthday party, it was a huge hit.

We decided to rent a jump house with a slide for a party for our little one. There are a number of companies out there to choose from and it was a little overwhelming. The websites out there can be confusing and detail limited but I found their site was well organized and easy to navigate. This company was wonderful! We had to postpone the party a few months ago on very short notice and they were more than understanding and rescheduling was easy and stress free. They also answered all my questions I had beforehand too. The day of delivery and set up went great. They were professional, knowledgeable, quick and polite. They explained to us how everything worked and put down a big tarp underneath. We added a couple on the sides just to help ensure everything stayed as clean as possible. The jump house was clean and exactly what you’d expect. The blower worked flawlessly and the entire thing pumps up really quickly. The kids had a great time and we’re so glad we got the water slide option as it was HOT on the day of our party. The following day for pick up went effortlessly too. They arrived and rolled it all up in no time and went on their way. We would definitely rent from these guys again in the future! I wish we had got a jump house for our wedding reception a few years ago!

We rented a bouncy house for my daughters birthday party, and the whole experience was very smooth and everyone was so kind and helpful, they were on time for setting up and just overall a great company to work with, I will be booking with them again in the future and would highly recommend them
