Great place! Workers were some what helpful! One worker says that's not my job, tell someone else. The bathrooms were dirty, and filthy and didn't want to use it. Soap squirted out at me. You guys need to pay more attention to your bathrooms. Other than that cool! The was was young worker who took care of everything and all of us. She cleaned out tables and made sure we was ok!

What a disappointment. Was here two years ago and it was amazing. Came in yesterday and it was a waste of money. Several games were out of order. Mainly the ones you could win E Tickets with. The food was maybe a three out of ten. So sad.Below are just the games I came in contact with. One even had the parts lying in it. I want to request a refund. Who do I talk to? Before you pay staff should let ppl know that half or more of the machines aren't working and a discount should be offered.

Last time i was here was 10 years ago so obviously expected there to be a difference but would definitely never return, from the staff trying not to use the lunch special coupon, several items under cooked/raw, dirty tables/benches, more then half the games not working no rides were open, do not try the Alfredo watered pasta disgusting. Ice cream machines broken squirted all over my clothes, we were VERY CONCERNED about food poisoning considering none of the food was fresh. Giving 2 stars considering little ones did pick through there food and overall had fun playing most games but Definitely NOT worth the money, tried to get a refund for the funtime card but they dont do refunds

We had a great time at John’s Incredible Pizza! At first, we ran into a few issues, but Patsy went above and beyond to straighten everything out for us. Her excellent customer service and friendly attitude made all the difference, and we truly appreciated her help. The kids had an absolute blast with all the games and activities, and the food was delicious. The atmosphere was perfect for a fun family outing. Thanks again to Patsy and the team for making our experience so enjoyable! We’ll definitely be back.

I was very disappointed in my visit. I went with a party of 10, 3 adults and 7 kids. The buffet was out of almost EVERYTHING. No ranch, only 1-2 pizzas on the floor at a time, soups went unreplenished until asked for and even then it took at least an hour. Even the salad bar was barely stocked. The ice cream area was disgusting and dirty. Only vanilla was available and there were no cones every time I went to check. I bought a fun card and 2 hours unlimited rides. After I arrived, I found out there were 3 rides and 2 of them were down. The playground area for toddlers was EXTREMELY dirty. It was hot in the dining rooms and the arcade floor. At the end of our visit, we went to redeem credits and waited for almost 30 minutes for an attendant. This location SUCKED (for lack of a better word). Understaffed, unorganized and clearly not managed correctly. This experience really left a bad taste in my mouth about John's Incredible Pizza Company. I did not get what I paid for and left the establishment hungry, hot and unhappy!

Was a busy Saturday night, but it was quite dirty and there were a lot of times when there were not even any cups available at the drink station and there was often not too much food out on the buffet lines.

I came here many years ago and loved it, as did my husband, so we decided to take our 3 year old son. Unfortunately, it is not the same. The good part about the experience, was the young man working up front where you pay admission and get the card with credits. He was SO helpful and nice, I wish I had gotten his name to shout him out on here. Aside from him, nothing else here impressed us. The floors were sticky from the soda fountain so our shoes with sticking everytime we took a step. The food was just OK, and a lot of things were empty and not being refilled. The ice cream machine was broken to wear the ice cream came spewing out everywhere. The slushy machine was never slushy consistency (we checked multiple times thinking maybe it just needed some time). Our son was too small for rides so we could only play games, which is totally fine, except when a lot of machines he wanted to play were not working properly. He did really like the small playground they have there for little kids. Finally, the bathrooms were filthy and smells really bad like old urine.
I really hate leaving negative reviews, but we felt like we paid a lot of money for a poor experience and just want to give some feedback in case the owners are unaware and want to fix the issues. Maybe it was just an off night for them!

Well talk about a dissappointing visit.
So overpriced for so little.
If any one is hosting a birthday party or just coming for so fun; I really suggest you look elsewhere for family fun.
Coming here was not only a waste of money but leaves the spender feel used and forgotten.

When entering you have not only a forced admission fee paired with unlimited food and drink. ( non negotiable) and then one top having to pay for credits. Which yes has understanding and value it’s an all in one spot. But what’s is disappoint is the Quality and the lack of attention from any of the staff.

They are truly running on covid numbers ( as in a
minimal a bodies are working but no one cares to even show a smile)

I suggest if you want to take your Kiddos somewhere maybe try next door at sky zone, at least there isn’t unbearable price credits and your gets will get some of there daily exercise in, instead of you wasting money for kids to gamble your money away.

Just some food for thought. Since you won’t find any quality food at JIP’s there buffet looks old and unattended leaving food out well pass regulations.
