We have a great experience at John's Incredible Pizza in Riverside every time we visit on weekends.

The service is quick and efficient, with food served promptly. The staff ensures that tables are cleaned after guests finish, and the salad bar and pizza bar are always well-maintained.

The Riverside location is definitely better than the Buena Park location, where no staff cleans the tables and food serving is very slow. Highly recommend this location if you are in Riverside.

First time here just because I had a dentist appointment and my husband decided to take my daughter there so she wouldn’t be bored but after my dentist appointment, I joined them and I cannot believe my eyes. I’m sorry, but this is another level of cool, good prices and just so much better than Chuck E. Cheese.!!! WE LOVED EVERYTHING!!!

My family and I have been coming to this location for many years to celebrate birthdays or just to enjoy an all you can eat pizza buffet! We enjoy the games and food! It’s always a great time here with the family. Will continue to be a customer.

We arrived about 3, left about 7pm. Everything was fine... Mostly no issues.... except that darn ice cream machine. I think it would be a smart idea to station a worker near by.... Because why are children allowed to make the ice cream machine flood and spill over... and the ice cream just left there dripping all over the floor... ? And in 4 hours not one worker took the time to even notice it or rectify the behavior.
Also, All the kids we invited woke up the next morning really sick. Eyes Swollen shut, intense fevers, sore throats and vomiting.
This Place probably should be sanitized really well, especially with how much use the rides and games get, the amount of families in and out and how much money us families are spending.

This place can be a zoo on Saturdays. This is expected as everyone is having a birthday party for their kids here. I love that you can still have a birthday party without using their private party rooms. They have 3 separate themed rooms that you can dine in. One of the rooms has a cabin theme. It is much quieter. The private party rooms are on the other side where the games and rides are.
When I first came into the building around 11:15a.m. it was super quiet. This is truly the best time to come! Not all pizzas are ready yet, but you can stay as long as you want. Plus, drinks are included!
Nancy, who greeted us at the front, helped us purchase our meals. She was super friendly and kind. She was very helpful and amazing!
We dined in the Toon Time Theater. There was plenty of seating. You can push tables together if you have a larger group. Hipolito was in charge of cleaning this room. He is such a hard worker. He cleared our table constantly and checked to see if we were OK. Everyone in our group was impressed with his service!
The pizzas here are pretty good. They have a good variety. I loved the spicy peanut butter pizza. It was so unique and I loved it! I highly recommend it.
They really do try to keep the place clean. It is very hard when the place is busy, especially in the restrooms. Overall, I was happy that I chose it for my son's birthday.

1st time here and I'll definitely be back. Great environment and fun activities along with their selection of pizza. I feel was good not the best I've had but definitely not the worst. Plenty of fun games for the kids to do as well. The pricing i felt was okay. Definitely waiting for a coupon for next visit. The kids loved it and everyone had a great time. I would definitely recommend coming if you have kids. There's plenty to do after eating all the pizza and pasta you want.

Had a birthday party for my two sons here. The staff was very friendly, our party host was great and there was another employee that made balloon swords for the kids. The buffet is nice, everyone was able to find something they liked.
There was surprisingly a lot of choices of games and rides. Both my seven year old and my fourteen year old ( that thinks he's too cool for anything) had a blast. I was very happy.
The single con I can think of is that it is pricey. The only reason we could afford to have a party here was because of our tax return.

I've been going here for years since they opened. I don't go very often. It's an okay place the arcade games are fun. Their food was really good around the time they first opened, but the food quality has gone down significantly, not trying to trash the place. Just want to leave this comment in hopes to see some improvement in the food. A lot of the food lacks flavor and some foods are not properly cooked
