Really appreciated our salesman Agustin. He greeted us at the door and let us know if we needed help to come find him. We found what we wanted and then he helped us rearrange some furniture to see if our pieces matched. Very laid back and enjoyable experience for my wife and I.

We purchased our sofa a little over a year ago. After only two months of us owning it the covers started ripping at the seems. So I called in and they sent out a technician to sew them back up (he did a terrible job). 2 weeks later after he came out the seems started tearing again but it was the holidays and life got busy but we reached out again asking for someone to repair our cushions and was passed around to what felt like every customer service person they have. No one helped me and come to find out the technician told them our dogs tore the seems. Which honestly doesn’t make sense because some of the seems were tearing in places that don’t show. So on and off we reached out trying to get help and was told it would be $800 for new covers on a $4k couch we purchased with the warranty. We even got a credit card with them because we were so happy with everything at first. As a business owner ourselves I’m extremely disappointed in how this situation was handled and could barely get any help. We even were in store and showed pictures just to be sent home and told someone would reach out. We ended up paying someone to fix them for much much cheaper. Please don’t purchase from them or at least don’t purchase the warranty.

Don’t spend your money here and never buy their useless extra protection warranty. Just tried to file a claim with a busted couch i spent over 1k on and now they say it’s not covered because it was delivered that way. Best part was when they said to the store and the store says to use the warranty protection. Both of you are nothing more than a bunch of scamming criminals taking my money just to play a back and forth game between you and the third party furniture protection company. What a joke, stop being so childish and grow up and handle the situation versus kicking the problem elsewhere.

Nacho at the Corona Jerome’s was super friendly and energetic at the end of the day. Showed us recliners and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. Not pushy at all. Highly recommend him. Credit application was quick and easy on kiosk. Ask for Nacho Cheese, he’s a cool salesman and will make you laugh.
