Myself and my two sons, ages 10 and 6, thoroughly enjoyed everything about Jellystone Park! Laiken, Faith, & Jonah were especially attentive and kind to us. We were there for five days and my boys and I never ran out of things to do. I highly recommend this clean and friendly family resort. We will definitely be coming back!

Beautiful park absolutely loved my stay there the staff is AMAZING!!! Garret & Susan are awesome they’re always working & helping in all departments you never see them without a smile on their faces! Ross is amazing she’s always happy and treats everyone like family! Marys very sweet and welcoming in the store Charlie’s super nice whether he’s working in the store or cooking in the cafe he’s always got a smile on his face. The activities are awesome they always have something fun going on for all ages Dakota & Peyton are amazing and make the activities fun for the kids!! The cabins are very nice and clean Margaret does an awesome job! LOVE this park and all the staff can’t wait to come back!!

This is a Beautiful resort and we had a great time staying here. We appreciate all the fun things there is to do and the awesome staff!! We have stayed the past three years at a yogi bear camp for spring break and this by far was one of the best times. Lots of wonderful fishing and all the amenities were open. The only complaint that I have was the front door lock and knob were broken and the bathroom door was stuck, even tho I went to the front desk and asked for be repair, they never came to fix either one.
We will be back tho I am sure!

I’m gonna start off by saying the staff is extremely friendly But they are not well informed. When I asked a question, I was referred to the app. We did the scavenger hunt and when we completed it, we took the to the Ranger station where they received badges. We were told to take it to the rec center because they might give us coupons for ice cream. We took it to the Rec center and they said they stopped giving ice cream coupons Last week due to people abusing the system. How is it that the Ranger station did not know this?
Now onto the facilities. I have been in property management for 20 years and I am very disappointed in the upkeep of the park.
Little things, such as trash, specifically Gatorade bottle laying in the road being passed up multiple times by maintenance. He should have stopped and picked it up. It was there on Friday when we arrived and still there all day Saturday. Cat poop on the 1st hole on the mini golf course. The mini golf course was in poor condition.
Large potholes throughout the park.
We reserved a limo golf cart. The one we were giving had duct tape on the back seat. It was very sticky from being melted in the heat. They were very gracious and switched carts for us.
When we were at the splash park, there were tables available, but none of them were clean. There were ice cream, spills, food, etc., on them. Some of the lounge chairs have seen better days .
Our grandkids had a wonderful time, I just feel for the Price that I paid things should have been Cleaner and better taken care of.
I think it has been a while since corporate has been to visit this park. I was especially surprised to learn that jelly stone Is a subsidiary of Sun Communities. Sun Communities has always put service with excellent a priority, this includes curb appeal. Curb appeal was lacking at this park.

Our stay was fantastic!!! Everyone was exceptionally nice. Housekeeping staff Thomas Reader and supervisor Margaret went above and beyond expectations. Cabin was so neat and clean. Front desk employees and maintenance were super also. Can’t say enough about the place. We will definitely be back and will refer our friends to visit there.

We recently stayed at Jellystone Guadalupe River during the winter, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience for the whole family! Even in the cooler months, the park offers plenty of activities and cozy spaces that made our stay memorable.

The kids loved participating in the scheduled winter activities, like crafts, scavenger hunts, and evening movie nights. The outdoor fire pits were perfect for roasting marshmallows, and we spent quality time as a family enjoying hot cocoa and stargazing by the river. While it was too chilly for swimming, the Guadalupe River was stunning in the winter with peaceful views – perfect for relaxing, taking scenic walks, and trying our hand at fishing. The river was calm, and we even managed to catch a few fish, which made for a fun and rewarding family moment.

We stayed in our trailer on one of the spacious RV sites, which was clean, well-maintained, and had easy hookups. The park’s layout made it convenient to access all the amenities, and the staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay.

If you’re looking for a family-friendly getaway in the winter, Jellystone Guadalupe River is a fantastic choice. It’s the perfect spot to unplug, make cozy memories, enjoy the beauty of the season, and spend quality time fishing by the river.

We commend the team work Garrett and Susan have inspired. The departments work together to create a wonderful "home away from home" for winter Texans. Garrett and Susan created a fun adventure for Winter Texans from Soup on Wednesdays, Football & Chili Sindays, Pizza Appreciation Say, dessert and appetizer contests, to celebrating the holidays. We were impressed with their professionalism and customer service.

We appreciate the assistance from Jennifer, Kerry and Emily in the office. They helped with accommodations for visiting family, let us know when packages arrived and when we needed propane. Office staff always greeted us with smiles & called us by name.

Misty, Trudy, & Mary provided exceptional service at the Ranger Station from cold drinks, ice cream & Soup Wednesdays. They always took time to visit with us and helped with questions about events and things to do in the Hill Country.

Bob, Norman, Dorian & Michael with maintenance and grounds, always checked on us when they went by. Norman took care of the ants, Dorian filled holes at our campsite. Bob helped keep everything running smoothly. We appreciated the daily trash pick up and Michael filling empty propane tanks and delivering them back to us. Michael built very comfortable wood benches which were placed along the riverbank. Great for relaxing, viewing or a short rest while walking our dogs.

Overall our stay at Jellystone was outstanding. We've wintered at Jellystone the past 2 years and have already made our reservations for 2025-2026 "Winter Texan ".

We had an incredible experience. We appreciate the staff and managers hardwork & courteous friendly service. We highly recommend Jellystone for "Winter Texans" for RVers.
