Very nice experience. It was very crowded when we went but we still had fun. Only thing that was a damper was a fight broke out and led to a shooting which we can’t blame the owners and workers for that but the people. So I give it a 4 star, simply because you kinda have to be on the lookout for chaos. You have to stay guarded and possibly expect a shootout to occur sadly to say.

Drove an hour for this place. Got there and it quickly become apparent nobody was in charge. No baby changing table and Timy bathroom so couldn't change the baby easily. Paid for the card and didn't get the coins for the arcade. Went to the snack bar and waited 10 minutes to be helped and then went to the pickup order side and after almost another 10 minutes I realized that nobody had a clue that there was a line of customers waiting for their order. The good however was the temperature was comfortable, place appeared clean even with the amount of people in there. Equipment functioned correctly. Modern tech for bowling.

Top notch grade A place for the family. Fun for all ages, and lots of things to do bowling, mini bowling, skating, golfing, go carts, laser tag, arcade, V.R. (Virtual-Reality) rides. Also has good food and drinks, this place has it all...

We played laser tag. The four of us had a blast! Mini golf was alot of fun as well. There were 18 holes of fun. We all laughed so much at how terrible we were at golf. It is something we would love to come back and do again. We didn't get to try out the go-karts, bowling, or skating. We'll definitely have to come back again!
FYI: There are police present on the scene. They are parked up at the front of the building. They're also driving around slowly through the parking lot for security and safety measures. You have to go through a metal detection device and any/all bags have to be looked into.
It's a family place. People should do better! The police have to be there because there used to be so many unruly kids of ALL ages and NO parents present.
POLICE PRESENCE=NO VIOLENCE. SAFER FOR OUR KIDS.

We enjoyed it quite a bit. We were visiting our grandsons in TN and one had a partially used yellow card. So 3 of us bowled one game. Everything clean, no complaints. At 2 we purchased a go kart round for the boys and they had a blast! It was a long turn too so they really enjoyed It. Will visit again next trip.

Me and my family had an amazing time at Jackson Bowling and skating we are here for Christmas break and decided to go there. My family and I decided to go Bowling first which was awesome then skating. Unfortunately, they only had one skating assist but the security officer was very helpful and walked my little one around the skating rink to help her skate. We would definitely like to come back and do the go karts

We had a work event today, they opened it up for us during a very busy Halloween week /day! I wanted to give a shout out to Jacob Conner - he went above and beyond and made our event amazing. He communicated well, he gave everyone an arcade card to play in the arcade while we bowled and gave everyone a coupon for our next visit. He was polite, took a group picture for us and even offered to get us umbrellas and walk us to our cars because it was pouring when we left. Exceptional service is hard to come by these days and we were so pleased. Thank you to the Assistant Manager James Cutler as well for organizing our event!

Fun time but Internet stated go carts open at 3 and we were 1st timers and kids were looking forward, so we played $20.00 worth of games and still at 4:30 no go carts. So we left. They need more than 1 person to run the go carts.
